Evri are hopeless at delivering to us - they dont even try it appears, better use royal mail.

Good Morning Tim, We do not use Evri for our deliveries, we only use Royal Mail or DPD, your order was sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 on the 18/2 and from the tracking information it shows that it was delivered on the 19/2. Please contact customer services if this is not the case.

I managed to click incorrect dates for my booking. On calling customer services I am told they are unable to change or refund the unused parking. Having used this comany for a number of years this is very poor customer service. Last week I also had a flat battery and after 1.5 hours a kind bus driver got me started as the parking office were unable to help. I got him at 2.30am in the end. I also cannot log into my account as I am on the old system but no help offered to try and resolve this. All in all a very unpleasant experience I'm afraid.
