Raised my insurance without letting me…
Raised my insurance without letting me know and the incident I had already claimed added my husband on same incident then said I hadn’t claimed this? How can this be? Think first? Not very happy with this. How many times will they raise my insurance throughout the year?
It’s yourselves that made the mistake of two incidents on same time. My previous insurance only has one incident that I had disclosed in my application. By the way it was the storm that caused the damage. I was not involved as a tree fell on my car which was parked and no one was in the car, so I don’t understand where you involved my husband??

Do not buy this magic styler! It is advertised on Instagram. It’s a rip off as it takes chunks of your hair out. I tried emailing the company numerous times but find out it’s from Dallas Texas? They will not refund me as I explained their product is cheap and faulty. All I want is my money back. Please do not buy this product it’s cheap and not safe to use. If Instagram can get in touch with this company and take them off Instagram.

I had a lawnmower which needed returning due to not working and was faulty. I was told it would be picked up by Evri. Gentlemen came and said oh I can’t fit that in my van it’s too big. It’s not my fault if it’s too big they were told what item it was. He never came back even though there were multiple couriers days arranged to pick up the parcel. He then said to the company there were multiple attempts which is not true. I have the video ring door bell and I can prove no one has come. Don’t ever trust Evri! They’re liars! Even the phone number listed for Evri you can never speak to a human? Don’t trust Evri. Worst company ever.

I have a tefal air fryer. When you cook anything in it the tray bit keeps coming off and burns you every time? It is very poorly designed and should not do that. Tefal please explain??

They sent me an email saying my parcel…
They sent me an email saying my parcel has been delivered on August 16. It was not left at my safe place as I requested. I called DPD and explained this problem. Heidi said it’s automated message and she can’t do anything about it. I said why send me a message saying it’s been delivered and it hasn’t? Heidi said they haven’t even received the parcel yet? Well why send an email saying it’s been delivered? Pathetic! I asked to speak to a manager. She said he’s in a meeting and will get him to ring, and nothing no call.

Do not buy airline tickets from StopNot Peter. They are crooks just after your money.
I had bought tickets to go see my Mum in America who was in ICU. I was originally going from 29/11 22/12.I asked Peter what if I need to come back early? He said you would just need to pay £58.50 and ring me, text me or WhatsApp me as which date you want to come back early. He said you are all set. I did not make it to see my Mum. Told my husband to call Peter as I had lost my Mum and was not in the right frame of mind. When he called Peter to say I would need to come home early after my Mum’s funeral. Peter said I would need to pay additional £388? I said to him but I asked you if I wanted to come home early I paid a fee for that? He said this is what the airline are asking for. Do not buy your tickets from StopNot travel agent Peter as they are crooks and only after your money as he was pressing me to hurry up and pay for these tickets. In the end tickets cost us almost £1,600. They are con people DO NOT BUY ANY AIRLINE TICKETS FROM THEM. Remember this name StopNot agent Peter.

Premier Inn heartless and pathetic. Do not use them!
Premier inn Stanstead airport are pathetic. The whole area is snowed under all cars abandoned on the roadside. My daughter her partner and her dog asked Premier Inn if they can stay in the foyer as did not have a room available. They said no that’s our policy as we have no room available. Are they pathetic! This is in an emergency situation? Their car is stuck and abandoned on the roadside? No heart what so ever. Do not book your stay there. I would recommend holiday inn, as they let them stay even though they were fully booked. Avoid Premiere Inn as are ruthless to make money and have no people skills. This is at 12:00 midnight not even their busy times? Premier Inn worst hotel ever. Do not book there. They are heartless and have no conscious!!! Pathetic!!

KFC has become the worst take away fast…
KFC has become the worst take away fast food place. Their chips are so disgusting 🤢 soaked in oil they give you chips ends and they are rotted. The skin on them absorb so much oil. I was so sick today after having kfc. I have been put off for life. Bring back the proper chips 🍟. When I say to the staff to please make sure my chips are fresh they always say they are fresh? They are not fresh if they’re are soaked in oil?

Bosch worst company ever to buy…
Bosch worst company ever to buy appliances from! My daughter bought a Bosch fridge freezer. Only one and a half year old and the rubber seal on the freezer doesn’t shut cause the whole freezer jam packed with ice. How can that happen after just one year? Not good quality at all! With my Bosch appliances the front panels of the ovens and microwaves have spot brownish marks all over. It has been cleaned with soap(fairy) and water. Due to the hard water in the area I live at caused this. So again the appliances are supposed to be stainless steel so why the marks appeared? Again bad quality appliances. I have had in the past other brand names which never did this before? Be warned DO NOT buy Bosch appliances nothing but problems with them. When still under guarantee but Bosch saying it’s my problem m? WHAT!!! Their customer services are useless, rude, and unprofessional! Save yourselves all the headaches you get with Bosch.

Be warned Don’t buy Bosch appliances even if you…
Don’t buy Bosch appliances even if you have a warranty that’s not good enough. We have had so many problems with Bosch. Save yourselves the hassle do not buy Bosch appliances again. All they want is your money. I have asked to speak to the CEO but no one seems to give me his email so I can tell him my experience with Bosch! I will be taking this further to Training Standards. Their customer services are absolutely useless.

Never buy Bosch appliances as they’re saying the rust marks are due to the environment!!!
We had a new kitchen extension done and had 2 microwaves and 2 ovens from Bosch. One of the microwaves and one of the ovens have not been used at all. All 4 appliances have rust marks on the inside and on the outside face panels. We bought them in April 2021 and had them fitted in August due to the delay in the kitchen fittings due to covid shortages. These appliances are under 1 year old. We called Bosch customer services and they sent an engineer who took photos and said I will be contacted in a week. 5 weeks later we still hadn’t heard anything. I called again and they said the engineer will chase it up. Again week and a half later I called again and was told these are marks done by us and can not do anything about it. I then called again and was told another engineer will come out to have a look? Again 2 weeks later I called their useless customer services again and was told there will be an engineer coming Friday 7/1/22 between 7:00am- 12.:00. I was also sent an email confirming an engineer will be coming out to have a look. Today 5/1/22. Bosch customer services Hannah calls my husband said the engineer will not be coming out on the 7th. My husband asked why and she said the technical team said those rust marks are done by us? My husband also explained that two out of the four appliances are brand new and we haven’t even used them. She said well the rust marks must be done by the environment? What! So she’s saying in a brand new kitchen, brand new appliances the rust is there due to the environment? That is absolutely pathetically ridiculous! Then why are my other appliances not at all like that. Be WARNED people never buy Bosch appliances! Once they have your money they don’t care. I have asked the phone number or email of the CEO of Bosch I must have asked them 20 times and all the useless, incompetent customer services people keep ignoring that question of mine. All the Bosch appliances are rubbish do not buy them. Please help me to contact the CEO about my experience I have had with Bosch. I need to explain my side of the story. I would also like to take this forward to Trading Standards. Be warned people. Stay away from anything to do with the company Bosch!
If Bosch appliances are stainless steel which they are not obviously then it should not have rust mark on it. Trustpilot please help to contact the Bosch CEO as when I ask Bosch customer services they ignore my questions about getting his email and phone number. I would like to tell him my side of the story and how incompetent the customer services department assistants are saying the rust marks are due to the environment? That is pathetic it’s a brand new kitchen extension with all new appliances. Please help take this to the CEO.

SAMSUNG 9 weeks later we are still waiting for…
9 weeks later we are still waiting for SAMSUNG to sort out our french style fridge freezer to be fixed. There are 4 things faulty with this fridge/freezer. Once they have your money they don’t care. This appliance is under one year? The customer service and the engineer who has come out are useless and don’t know what they are doing. Very disorganised and not professional at all. WATCH OUT and be warned!

I have 4 Bosch appliances 2 oven and 2…
I have 4 Bosch appliances 2 oven and 2 microwaves integrated still under warranty. On the front of all 4 appliances there are rust spots on front panels and inside the microwaves. The engineer was here 3 weeks ago did his report and said someone would get back to by end of the week. He also agreed with me and said there shouldn’t be these rust spots. Well 3 wks later no response. I called Bosch yesterday and they said the engineer will chase it up and will let me know tomorrow. Yet again no response. I called again today and spoke to Michael so called manager who’s attitude was rude, arrogant and customer friendly. He accused me that I have done the rust marks and said it is cosmetic and they can’t do anything about it. These fronts of the appliances are supposed to be stainless steel where I have used soap and water to clean. If this is supposed to be stainless steel why would there be rust spots? Their customer service is useless. Never again will I ever buy a Bosch products. These appliances are still under warranty. My daughter has bought a new house and has Bosch appliances and same thing happened to her. The company she bought the house from replaced all her appliances. I will further this with Trading Standards. BE WARNED EVERYONE!! Do not buy Bosch products once they have your money they don’t want to know anything afterwards. Very disappointed!!!
