This was the third visit by an engineer. As with the two previous visits I was kept informed of expected time of arrival by text, email and a phone call 15 minutes before arrival.
The problem had proved difficult to "pin down" so it was finally fixed by fitting a new control panel. This seems to have been successful.
I have been very satisfied with the efficiency of the whole process.
