A terrible experience

A terrible experience. They arrived, said they could not connect the waste/drain pipe, and then left. They did not even install the adjustable feet for leveling. I paid £40 for installation, and there has been no refund so far.

We refunded the installation fee as an apology. The funds will clear in your account within 3-5 working days of it being processed.

order delivered 24 hours later

The order was delivered 24 hours later than the agreed date, and I received no communication from the seller. Very poor communication. I suspect, though, that it was DPD’s fault rather than the seller’s. Nevertheless, the oysters were super fresh, and the crab meat was the same.

This is the most terrible restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service is virtually nonexistent—they simply ignore you and leave used plates on the table. The food seems to be bought from Lidl or Co-Op and merely warmed up in a microwave. The chips were like wood shavings, the burger was rubbery, and the buns felt like plastic. I suspect they don’t even have actual cooks; the waiters likely just heat up frozen food from Lidl or Co-Op themselves. To add insult to injury, the food is criminally overpriced. Told the waiter that I would like to speak to their manager. I waited 15 minutes, but the manager never showed up.
