Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. I damaged the cable on the machine only a week after purchase and they have agreed to provide a new part free. This is even though accidental damage isn't covered in the warranty. Fantastic service

Battery stopped working 5 months ago…

Battery stopped working 5 months ago and was promised a replacement but have heard nothing since. Hayleys promise to another poster on 7 February to keep people updated has not been followed through. I have heard nothing since December. Poor aftercare service

Avoid

Even though they pay pennies for each cd they still rejected about 5 for no reason and just don't pay or return them. This really is a matter of faith once you send them as they then choose whether to pay and dont return rejects or give an explanation. I would avoid in future.

Blood Tests are Almost Impossible to Provide

If you do a blood test you have to pierce a finger (several in actual event) with a special device to get out enough blood to fill the tube. It is almost impossible to do with just 3 pricking devices. My test was haemolysed(Cells broken due to faulty taking procedure) so I wasted my money. Go to your own doctor for the test to be done properly
