I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on 10th February at 9:37am, processed promptly, and dispatched the following day (11th February). According to the courier tracking, delivery was successfully completed on 14th February at 3:18pm.

This falls within the 2–5 working day delivery service selected at checkout. That said, I’m sorry to hear the delivery felt longer than expected, we do understand how frustrating waits can feel when you’re looking forward to your order.

For future orders, we also offer faster delivery options with alternative couriers, including next working day services, should you ever need your items more urgently.

The great thing about Best At Printing is that they can be contacted on the phone which helped with the artwork and delivery we required. The result was what we required and delivered on time. So first class.

Pleasant people to deal with.

Ordering over the phone was very straightforward and polite. Installation went very well and installers were friendly and efficient and completed Installation in 45 minutes. Explained everything needed.
However your chat line is useless which almost put me off from ordering from you.

Very poor performance.

Very poor performance.
Delivery originally Thursday middle of day (12.30-2.30) Email at 2 to say couldn't find us so couldn't deliver. However on Friday had advice that delivery would be 7.30-9.30pm. Email at 8 to say unexpected event so wouldn't deliver. Monday had email to advise 8.04-10.04am. Delivered at 12 only 2 hours late.
Advise you to give drivers a mobile phone so can find address.

Cashback Rip Off

Bought almost £3k worth of camera equipment with an offer of almost £900 cashback from one of largest independent London camera shops. Canon will not accept their very detailed invoice/receipt and refuse to tell me why. Even Park Cameras are trying to assist me and have assured me that I have followed their cashback procedure correctly but Canon are still not accepting their and my efforts to get them to honor their Cashback offer.

Have given up trying to get our order…

Have given up trying to get our order delivered. Poor customer service, no control over their deliveries and still no promises of an actual delivery date ('may be another week but we can't promise'). Totally kept in the dark as promises of them contacting us haven'd materialised.

Even worse we placed another order with them at the same time so we will probably go through this again!

Since my 1st report, our 2nd order was delivered on time and no hassle.
Very pleased with the exceptional quality of the furniture.

Reading other peoples reviews, customers find quality excellent but deliveries undertaken by Cotswold's outside delivery service on '2' man delivery items will mean frustration, being kept in the dark and delays.

Erroneous Deliveries

Ordered Mirror in store for delivery following week.
Wrong mirror delivered despite correct order and part no and Warehouse check.
Arranged replacement through store.
Delivery service turned up and, very embarrassingly forgot the correct mirror but did collect wrong one!
awaited the correct mirror to be delivered. 3rd time lucky???? - Van broke down. Promised delivery 2 days later. Again forgot to load and had to deliver following day. - 5th Time Lucky.

Total Error to deal with this Company

I could write an essay on the problems we have had dealing with Wren Kitchens.
Dealing with Chelmsford Showroom was great and delivery time on the 5th August as agreed was fine.
However, since then install has been problematic and we are now in the situation where we are still awaiting replacement of damaged units, have no working fridge and are still awaiting modifications to the extractor unit. It is now the 18th October. Certainly, it will not be resolved to our satisfaction.
Initial install was protracted and took into September. This also caused problems with our builders who were trying to coordinate their plumbing and electrics to fit in.
A number of doors (11) needed replacement on inspection due to defects. When replaced a number of these were defective or damaged and have had to be replaced again. Finally after 10 weeks we have a perfect set.
In the meantime, the Wren supplied fridge was found to be defective having been delivered without a drip tray when it shorted out the electrics in the kitchen The subsequent water leaks also damaged the base units which Wren are struggling to replace as they have been damaged in transit or sent the wrong unit. Wrens fridge supplier, CDA, have refused to replace the fridge as requested by us and haven't even repaired this one.
In addition, we still haven't resolved the problem with the extractor unit which in addition to the casing being dented is too low for anyone over 5' 5in to avoid.
In conclusion, quality inspection in manufacturing is poor, Wrens will accept no responsibility for their appliance suppliers and there is poor communication between install. inspection and customer service.
There is no way we could recommend this company.

N.B. as a follow up to this, it is now 16/11/16 and we are still chasing Wrens to finish the install.
