I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on 10th February at 9:37am, processed promptly, and dispatched the following day (11th February). According to the courier tracking, delivery was successfully completed on 14th February at 3:18pm.
This falls within the 2–5 working day delivery service selected at checkout. That said, I’m sorry to hear the delivery felt longer than expected, we do understand how frustrating waits can feel when you’re looking forward to your order.
For future orders, we also offer faster delivery options with alternative couriers, including next working day services, should you ever need your items more urgently.
