I just don't understand the bad reviews about this company! Read the description, do a little research and don't expect it to arrive from Hong Kong the next day!! I ordered a drone, saved myself £100 , was expecting it to take about 3 weeks. It arrived in 10 days, sealed , brand new exactly as it would be purchased from the UK , I received regular email updates and tracking! I would definitely use UltraonlineUk again.

I recently had to use the “3yr warranty” for a repair of a lens that developed a fault. Panamoz were absolutely fantastic, replying to me emails immediately, providing support and advice .. and processing the warranty claim extremely quickly! ... I was a little hesitant and apprehensive about using an “online” service, but I have to say that I really can’t fault Habito. I was looked after by Sameer and Chelsea. Both were efficient, professional and friendly!
I knew at all times exactly what was happening/ what to expect and was always given timely information etc.
I feared that using an online service would lose that personal touch , I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process involved a fair amount of communication and I have to say that there was most definitely a friendly personal touch .. I was never made to feel like I was interacting with a robot!!
To sum up, an absolutely brilliant, efficient, friendly service! ... Would I recommend Habito?? .. most definitely YES!!

A five day safari with Gosheni Safaris just continued the magic of Tanzania ( following climbing Kilimanjaro)
The experience was truly amazing, I could not fault anything!
The vehicles were top spec, the drivers were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Nothing was too much trouble.
The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were just .. well, there aren’t words to describe.. go and see for yourself!
