I found out about Panamoz while reading reviews for another company, where somebody had recommended Panamoz as a better alternative. I checked the Trustpilot scores and decided to try them out. Their price was very competitive and the experience i've had so far has been excellent. Their customer service replied promptly and helpfully to one of my email queries, and the item was delivered within the expected timeframe; it was well packaged, brand new and as advertisied.

Op 12 maart 2026 een Canon R6 III besteld voor € 2277. Fedex is de vervoerder en die stuurt van dag tot dag een update: 13/3 start in Hongkong, via Guangchou-China, Istanbul, Parijs en 17/3 in Ridderkerk. Daar volgt een douane controle en tot slot 18 maart "nieuw in doos" geleverd met een Nederlands camera-menu. In heel Nederland en Europa kost deze camera omstreeks € 2949. Dus € 700 verdient. Grijze import en dus geen service van Canon Nederland maar heb a.d.h.v. de reviews hier, er alle vertrouwen in dat Panamoz ook hun belofte van 3 jaar garantie nakomt.

After all the positive reviews, I decided to buy a camera and lens from Panamoz. I knew which camera I wanted so no need to contact customer service.

Ordered the camera and lens combo last week Thursday and they got delivered today (Tuesday). That's 4 business days from HK to the Netherlands. Amazing.

Package came well packed, no damages or whatsoever. Camera and lens including the original boxes and all brand spanking new.

I don't know how they do it, but buying from Panamoz saved me around 2000,- euros, compared to Dutch camerashops.

Fantastic company. We ordered Canon R5C camera from them. We didn't have a chance to use it for three months and when we tried to use it for the first time we realised that it was not working. Literally there was nothing on the display. This company allowed us to return it and we got a full refund although I was not able to provide the original box. In the meantime we have ordered another camera from them and it's working really well. Brilliant company. Tina is a great customer support person and real value for the company. I ordered my new Sony A7V from Panamoz on 7th March and it arrived on 12th March from Hong Kong - all within 15 minutes of the stated Fedex delivery window.

I was persuaded to use Panamoz as they offered a 3-year warranty although their prices were slightly higher.

I had heard of them before, and several members of the Winchester Photographic Society had used them when I was a member back in 2016-20 so they have been established for a while.

I dealt with Tina who replied immediately to any email queries I had.

I've always bought my Canon products direct and was unsure about purchasing from a grey market vendor.

I did a lot of research and from what I've found, Panamoz are trust worthy and even though I cant use my warranty with Canon like I normally would, I can Panamoz if there are any issues.

If Panamoz can sell this camera at such a discount and still make a profit, I feel like Canon are ripping me off and I'm done with that.

I wont be overpaying for such goods anymore, Canon are not loyal to customers so I see no reason to be loyal to them anymore when it comes to buying their goods.

Camera came packed and unopened, as new.

Took it to Brazil and put it through 3 weeks of hell in the Amazon, worked as well as I expected it to.

Ordered the Canon 5d mk2 bundle with 24-105 f4L lens and EF ring adaptor, received it 4 days after order confirmed.
Was amused to get a text from UPS saying that my order had arrived in the UAI and would be delivered the following day between 2 and 4pm

Updated firmware to current 1.2.0 no problem.
Will definitely use Panamoz for future kit.
