I was a bit worried about buying such a large piece of plastic online. The sheet turned up perfexctly packaged and in ideal condition. Really good service.

Basic information and history of the car provided. I later found out that the car has been through Copart twice but this was not picked up by carvertical. There’s nothing wrong with the service but it’s expensive and didn’t live up to what’s advertised.

Don’t account for UK VAT. If you order from them not only will you be charged the VAT from the carrier, but also a significant processing fee. They might seem cheap but they’re not. I tried to advise them of this as they should be charging VAT at point of sale. They were not interested.

In addition to this they charge £50 to return any item regardless of the cost of the item itself. Essentially they refuse UK returns.

Their customer service is poor taking days to respond and when they do, they clearly haven't read the original message.

In my experience everything took longer, cost more and was significantly more frustrating than using a UK supplier.

The bike arrived the day after I’d ordered on line. When i unboxed it there was damage to the forks caused by the courier. After we reported it Winstanleys offered a replacement or a suitable discount. Everything was managed quickly and with no issues. I’d recommend then and will buy again.

Absolutely horrific company with terrible customer service. I send 9 items sold on eBay on the same day, all 9 items were 'lost' in the warehouse by Hermes. Hermes have acknowledged fault but are unable to compensate as contract is with Packlink. Packlink will only discuss the cases via web chat (2 hour queue) they also need a separate claim per item meaning that I have to go through the full process for each parcel which will take days. They are also refusing to fully compensate the items even though the blame is fully with them. 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great products, the videos really help too. Delivery was quick and I’m really pleased with the result. One of our items was damaged in transit but was replaced with no fuss. Great customer service.

Don't waste your time! We booked a 'kitchen design appointment' that took three times longer than it needed to be because the person who was allocated to us didn't know how to use the design software.

We wasted over three hours on what ended up being a completely useless design . They then used pressure sales techniques involving an inflated starting price and discounts that are only available for a short period to get us to commit to a terrible design.

To add insult to injury we were then issued with a parking ticket as Wren did not enter our car into their parking system. At this point Wren refuse to refund the ticket. I've spent hours on the phone to both the branch and their head office trying to get my money back but they refuse to cooperate. Take my advise and save yourselves a whole load of grief. Don't use Wren Kitchens!

Great service, friendly staff and a cheaper home insurance quote that now covers my bikes too. Using Pedalcover was the easiest decision I've made.
