Don't waste your time! We booked a 'kitchen design appointment' that took three times longer than it needed to be because the person who was allocated to us didn't know how to use the design software.

We wasted over three hours on what ended up being a completely useless design . They then used pressure sales techniques involving an inflated starting price and discounts that are only available for a short period to get us to commit to a terrible design.

To add insult to injury we were then issued with a parking ticket as Wren did not enter our car into their parking system. At this point Wren refuse to refund the ticket. I've spent hours on the phone to both the branch and their head office trying to get my money back but they refuse to cooperate. Take my advise and save yourselves a whole load of grief. Don't use Wren Kitchens!
