Terrible company, terrible service, rude and left me £100's out of pocket
Absolutely horrific company with terrible customer service. I send 9 items sold on eBay on the same day, all 9 items were 'lost' in the warehouse by Hermes. Hermes have acknowledged fault but are unable to compensate as contract is with Packlink. Packlink will only discuss the cases via web chat (2 hour queue) they also need a separate claim per item meaning that I have to go through the full process for each parcel which will take days. They are also refusing to fully compensate the items even though the blame is fully with them. 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
