Received a contaminated oil delivery that has resulted in both aga and oil boiler producing very unpleasant possibly dangerous fumes. Both appliances subsequently serviced but no improvement and now unable to use aga and can only run boiler with windows open. Repeated calls to a Certas have been futile as promised call back from local depot never materialised. Worrying lack of customer service in what is a potentially dangerous situation.
3 weeks after raising concerns about this delivery with Certas still waiting for a response!
I’m pleased to report that Certas have now resolved the problem after a lot of persistent chasing.

Staggeringly poor performance. So far 5 delivery dates missed over a week and a half period. Lots of excuses, including incorrect postcode and ‘forgot to load parcel onto van’. Anyone’s guess whether it will arrive tomorrow as promised following most recent call to customer services. Is delivering parcels really so difficult?

Slightly nervous after seeing a couple of negative reviews but have to say that my experience of buying from Juno was excellent. Headphones arrived on time and well packaged. Cannot ask for any more.

Excellent range of taps to choose from. Online ordering simple and even standard delivery arrived next day. Couldn't be better.

Good choice and good value but be warned that you will be 'mugged' for an additional payment in checkout if paying by credit card.
