Received a contaminated oil delivery that has resulted in both aga and oil boiler producing very unpleasant possibly dangerous fumes. Both appliances subsequently serviced but no improvement and now unable to use aga and can only run boiler with windows open. Repeated calls to a Certas have been futile as promised call back from local depot never materialised. Worrying lack of customer service in what is a potentially dangerous situation.
3 weeks after raising concerns about this delivery with Certas still waiting for a response!
I’m pleased to report that Certas have now resolved the problem after a lot of persistent chasing.
