I didn't get my jewellery the box was but trough my letter box and it was empty box not jewellery just paper work inside. It was sealed unsecured and someone has opened and took the jewellery. I'm so disappointed it was a gift.

This is my go to place for jewellery…
This is my go to place for jewellery for my piercings as I only wear 9ct gold in my ears as it doesn’t tarnish over time. They do some really beautiful pieces and are really well priced. People always ask where they came from and I always recommend ZuZu

Placed an order which did not arrive. No tracking available leading me to believe my order had never made it to Royal Mail. If it did then Royal Mail need to be more responsible with customers orders as this impacts a company’s reputation!
Communication was delayed however I presume this was due to the company trying to locate the order however due to this I am without my order. That said I have received confirmation a refund has been issued (thank you!)
It’s great you are looking at orders over £100 being sent next day however if Royal Mail cannot successful track and deliver an order on standard delivery I am unsure how next day delivery will improve their competencies!

The order was processed in a timely manner. Tracking was provided as soon as the item was dispatched, this is the same with all our parcels. We don’t send anything out without tracking.
There was no issue with the jewellery, it was simply an issue with Royal Mail not delivering the parcel which is no fault of our own. Unfortunately, this does take time to investigate, and we asked for your patience whilst we did so.
We have responded to all your emails and your order has been refunded.
We have used this experience to improve our services, and we will be upgrading all orders over £100 to next day delivery.

The Huggie earnings I bought had a…
The Huggie earnings I bought had a picture of a adult wearing them. However the earnings were tiny and wouldn't fasten because they were so small. She hasn't got big ears or is overweight just a normal size 14. Because they are classed as intimate items I can't return them. I would suggest unless they are for a child don't buy them

Thanks for leaving a review about your recent purchase.
This huggie earring is worn usually on cartilage piercings which are shallow and the effect is a close ring hugging the ear (as shown in photos) so there is no space between the ring and the outer ear. This is shown in the picture and the inner and outer dimensions are given. This is a particular style. We will make it clearer these are tight for shallow piercings, in future.
