Disgraceful customer service.

Ordered a necklace in October 2025 which tarnished had email correspondence and sent photo of the product in January and was told a replacement would be sent.
I have since emailed a further 3 times as the replacement was never sent these emails have gone completely unanswered and I still have no replacement necklace.

I ordered custom gold necklaces as gifts for my daughter and niece. Suffice to say, I was delighted by the products, as were they! The sculpture of the names is delicate, finely polished, and its glow shows quality and excellent manufacturing skill. The chain is also of high quality and comfortable to wear. Such good necklaces at this price feels like a steal!

Do not buy from this company! They sell Islamic jewellery but their approach in customer service is no way near Islamic. I purchased several items most of which were faulty and one missing! So not created to last at all! Items all pictured and sent to CS but their response was if opened then unable to return.. No reimbursement for missing item or even a replacement. Appalling service! Cheap jewellery. I would highly discourage purchasing from this website!

Perfect for modest summer wear for me.

Only negative is that the button holes need to be a little smaller so the buttons don’t come off too easily.

Really speedy delivery and liked the necklace

I have purchased two necklaces from them. There was an issue with one the necklaces. I have emailed the company and also used their contact form on their website regarding the issue. I have not had any response from the company. An email was sent to the company on the 27th of march 2026 and I followed up with completing their online contact form a week later and still no response. I wouldn’t be recommend purchasing from a company who chooses to ignore emails from customer. No level of customer service to support with issues with purchase.

I will be completely honest: the item itself is really good. It is very pretty and makes a perfect gift, so I would recommend it in terms of product quality.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the customer service provided by this company.

I originally ordered an Ayatul Kursi car hanger but received a Safar Dua car hanger instead. While mistakes can happen, the handling of the issue afterwards was disappointing. I contacted the company by email and was initially told I would need to return the item, but there was no mention of covering postage costs, meaning I would have had to pay out of my own pocket. I then followed up to explain that I was not willing to cover postage for their error, after which they agreed to reimburse me.

As this was intended as a gift and I needed it urgently, and given that I work full-time & night shifts in healthcare, I requested that they send the correct item first and I would return the incorrect one when I had time. I felt this was a reasonable request, especially as the mistake was on their side. However, I did not receive the correct order.

My initial order was placed on 22th March, and as of 7th April I still have not received the correct item. I emailed the company a total of seven times and only received two responses which were at the beginning telling me to return the item. After that, communication completely stopped. The professionalism in the replies was also lacking, with no formal tone or proper customer service approach.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication. A company should take responsibility when they send the wrong item instead of placing the burden on the customer to resolve it.

In terms of product quality, I would rate it 4/5, but overall the company and customer service would be 0/5.

I am not a Muslim but I have many Muslims friends and I know that as a Muslim-owned business, it is especially important to ensure honesty, professionalism, and care in fulfilling customer orders. I purchased this as a gift for a Muslim friend and made every effort to communicate respectfully and patiently throughout, so I am very disappointed with the response I received.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not experience the same issue.
