9ct gold ear climber…
Was looking for a 9ct gold ear climber and found it here! Really fast shipping. The only thing I'd suggest is a shorter stem on it as it is pretty long. But other than that it's a 10/10 from me thank you

Just too tiny - back has broken off
Just too tiny - I have lots of these and this one just won’t fit - so frustrating as back has broken off trying to fit it in my ear.

These huggie hoops have a 5mm internal diameter which is stated clearly in the description - "PLEASE NOTE: These earrings are very small, please double-check the measurements to make sure it will fit." Our products are very hard-wearing, however they are still dainty pieces and can only withstand a certain amount of force.
We think it's a shame that you felt that your experience warranted a 2-star review as the item that you received is what was described in the product description. Great place to buy dainty earrings
Great place to buy dainty earrings! I had an issue with a piece I bought and sent a message to the store not really expecting a reply but they did. I was sent a replacement almost immediately and I’m very pleased with it. I also bought a lovely pair of hoops from them and get so many compliments on them!

Very unhappy
Very unhappy! Really do not want to leave a negative review, I bought some earings, they are very cute but the problem is they fall from my ears, one time in a bath tube and twice when slept, the lady was nice and sent me replacement of the butterflies but still do not fit, I lost one! Does not worth the money!

I’m not happy with my purchase
I’m not happy with my purchase. I purchased a solid gold ring hoop, received a flimsy, damaged ring, yellow gold showing through not “laser mark”. I’ve now had to pay for a return after complaining and confirming it hasn’t been worn. Clearly I was to annoyed to even contemplate wearing it. I was gutted I spent almost £50 on a £5 hoop. It’s not even worth returning, but it’s a must to get a refund. I won’t purchase from this site again. Phone number does not work, Instagram is redundant.

Just to give some further clarification, when we ask for gold jewellery to be returned, it's so that we can send it back to our manufacturer for an enquiry, as we really do expect perfection from every single piece of our jewellery that is sold.
We really hope that you weren't offended when we asked if the piece had been worn - It's not that we don't accept worn jewellery back, it's just that we need to know for sanitary reasons, as our returns are handled by staff.
We are really sorry that you could not contact us via the phone and Instagram. We are a small family run business and unfortunately the Zuzu social media account was not managed effectively during this time. This has now been rectified and we are always contactable via Instagram (@ZuzuJewellery), email (hello@ZuzuJewellery.com), our website contact page and our Etsy account.
