Fast delivery, got some stickers and a handwritten thank you note, and amazing jewelry quality!

I placed an order on November 17th.
After more than two weeks in which the order was marked as shipped, I still hadn’t received anything, so I contacted customer support to explain the situation.

I had purchased two rings:

a Flame Ring size 10

a Layer Ring size 12

After a few days, they replied saying that when I placed the order, the Flame Ring size 10 was actually out of stock, even though the website showed it as available. They apologized for the mistake and offered to replace the ring, also asking me to choose a necklace as a gift as an apology.

I happily replied to the email, but after that I never received any further response.

About two more weeks passed and, after more than a month from the order date, I finally received the shipping notification with a tracking code. Due to the holiday season, the delivery was delayed, which I understood.

Today, December 29th, after one month and 12 days, I received the package with my original order, meaning without the replacement ring and without the necklace.

I’m sorry to give 3 stars, because the product quality is excellent.
The packaging is very nice, and even though it’s affordable jewelry, the personalized card still made me smile.
However, I feel a bit misled.

In conclusion, customer service definitely needs improvement.

Die personalisierte, handgeschriebe "Thank you"-Karte und die beigelegten Sticker haben einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
Man sieht, wie sie sich Mühe geben und man sieht auch, dass die Bestellung mit Liebe verpackt wurde.
Wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein, dass ich hier bestellt habe.

Ich wurde vor ein paar Tagen nur durch Zufall auf Zuvio aufmerksam, als ich bei Instagram oder Facebook die Shop-Werbung sah. Obwohl ich bei zufällig aufblitzenden Werbungen immer etwas skeptisch bin habe ich mich dann doch „getraut“ eine Bestellung aufzugeben, da mir die Preise relativ Günstig vorkamen und auf die Gefahr hin das ich an einen Fake Shop gerate, der Verlust nicht so hoch ist. ABER ! Heute nur wenige Tage nach meiner Online-Bestellung hatte ich Post in meinem Briefkasten und als ich diese geöffnet habe war ich mehr als begeistert. Schnelle Lieferung - Krasse Qualität - dazu noch einige Aufkleber als Zugabe und sogar noch eine Karte mit meinem Namen (Handschriftlich!❤️). Ich habe vorher noch nie von Zuvio gehört, aber werde ab heute im Freundes und Bekanntenkreis die Werbetrommel schwingen! Ganz viel Liebe geht raus 🫶🏻

Super schöne Kette

Se ve de buena calidad, el pedido me vino con una bolsita y unos stickers.

Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen das erste mal bei euch bestellt und ich will ehrlich sein was Schmuck angeht bin ich ehrlich etwas „pingelig“ ich hab lange gesucht und viel rum probiert um zu schauen was mir passt und was mir wirklich gefällt und was ich auch wirklich gerne trage nicht nach 2-3 Tagen wieder aufhöre anzuziehen und ich muss sagen ich bin nicht enttäuscht klar sollte sich jeder sein eigenes Bild machen aber hab mir 2 Ketten geholt und bin voll zufrieden habe mir jetzt noch lace Schmuck und einen Ring geholt sollte ich davon nicht so überzeugt werden änder ich das hier natürlich und werde das noch hinzufügen aber bis her alles top 🤝

Hab mir die Uno Reverse Kette geholt und ich muss sagen, dass nicht nur kette an sich gute Qualität zu einem starken Preis hat, sondern alles drumherum mit viel Mühe und Wertschätzung gehandhabt wird. Nicht nur werden einem paar Sticker und eine kleine Dankkarte mit seinem Namen drauf geschenkt sondern es wird einem dazu noch eine schöne kleine Ledertäschchen dazu gegeben indem man seine Kette Reinmachen kann.

Fazit: Top Preis und Top Qualität (zumindest bei der Uno Reverse Kette) und man fühlt sich als Kunde wertgeschätzt.

Alles reibungslos funktioniert, coole Sticker dabei und top Qualität

Delivery was fast and it was really well packed, each necklace individual.

Only trouble I have is, I ordered the biggest size but its still a bit to small. But the quality is good, would recommend.

Ordered the link choker, and it was 25cm, and not the 45 cm the description said.

Was very disappointed

The chains are super small on me, the choker cuban is worst, its just too small.

The chain is thick and well made and the pendant is very solid, I was expecting thinner metal (American used to our quality) but everything is STUNNING. Will definitely be ordering again in the future
