I have tried quite a few remedies now
I have tried quite a few remedies now - both prescription and purchased. All work to some degree but need to be reapplied throughout the day. Some of them nip on first application but then the itch settles. This cream has the consistency I was looking for i.e. a moisturiser rather than a lubricant, however, it does create the strangest sensation when first applied. Some people have said cooling. I find it warming - almost as if I've put deep heat on. It was quite alarming initially. No one else seems to have mentioned this. I still really throughout the day. I'm getting used to this sensation and I am definitely sleeping more and itching less.

Iâm still shook that this little jar has done more for me than anything the Dr.âs have recommended or prescribed. When i first heard the words Lichen sclerosus i wanted to past out . I was like what is this ?? I never had any issues down there before and now i felt like my feminine parts were attacking me . Tried estrogen creams , suppositories, aquaphor , ice packs you name it !! I was skeptical but by night 2 i felt the difference and now that we are in a heatwave a dime size amount day and night has me feeling like a calm lamb đ

this product works plain and simple. nighttime itching is the worst. I have LS there have been times when it was so bad I had to apply a cold compress to my lady parts.
The first time I used vulva balm I knew it was going to be a success it has a cooling and soothing effect, I slept for 6 hours straight, no itching and it has worked every night since.
