We're truly sorry for the experience you've had. Waiting this long for an order is completely unacceptable, and we understand why you're frustrated.

Unfortunately, we've recently experienced delivery issues with a small number of shipments, and in some cases the courier continued showing incorrect tracking updates, which only added to the confusion. We sincerely apologize for that.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, as this is never the experience we want anyone to have.

Regarding the cream itself, it's completely normal for products containing sea buckthorn oil to be white or off-white depending on the formulation and the concentration used. The colour of the finished cream is not determined solely by one ingredient.

We also apologise if you felt your questions about the ingredients weren't answered. That certainly wasn't our intention. We do our best to respond to every customer, and we're sorry if we missed your messages.
