I have been going to Zoo for a very long time and they always perform. They deliver on time and the product is always first class. But they outdid themselves this time. Arrived as expected and the print quality was excellent of course but the packing of the job blew my mind. Excellent protection for my signs.

Quick and well resolved of request

Your company and customer service doesn't want to remedy the problems, only shoo people away. I paid for folding on this brochure(same brochure with folding that I've had done by your company the last few years). I waited around for many hours at your location, waiting for someone there to authorize the brochure job to be folded and no one wanted let it happen. Your company should refund me the money for it, since It was your company's fault. I can't use the brochures until they are folded. It's dated material and now I have to find a binder company somewhere, since zoo printing doesn't want to handle the problem.

The status of my order (only 250 business cards) was not updated in a timely way. As such, I needed to reach out to customer service to understand if my order was ready to ship. Once I was able to see a tracking number, it still has been over 24 hours, and the label appears to not even have been scanned by UPS. Unfortunately, even paying up to expedite shipping (2nd Day Air), my client has not and will not likely receive their order when they needed it most. I have no clue what the status is.

I'm giving ZP three stars because their customer service was timely and thorough in their support.

I've always had a good experience with past ZP orders, however, I fear that I may lose a trusted client when they needed me most.

We ordered multiple products (office collaterals). They were all fantastic.

There was a slight delay with brichures, or at least that's what was reflected on our account dashboard. But otherwise, everything from customer service to turnaround delivery was a good experience.

I've been a customer of Zoo Printing for many, many years. I'm always satisfied with the results. Everything is high quality – the reproduction, the paper, the turnaround. It's also very easy to place an order, so the convenience is a big plus. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been always faithfull to Zooprinting and use it for my big order. The quality is always great. The reason I rated only 3 stars this time beacause their fulfillment team forgot to score my greeting cards. When my driver picked them up and brought back, I opened the box and realized it wasn’t scored. I had to send out to local printer and get them done. We were behind the schedule. However, zoopring customers service responded back that they will reimburse the extra cost I paid to get them scored. My advise is open the boxes when you picked them up to check. Their customer services reps are friendly and willing to help which made the process was less frustrating.

For the most part my experience has been good but It's been twice that I request an estimate on a product that I need an option not available on the site or a quantity higher that the site offers and the price is either twice as expensive or more. Even though, the final product at the end would be the same as ordering in the main site. This makes the estimate experience to feel useless and unnecessary.
I would like to also highlight that turn around times should be highlighted as not guaranteed.

In regards to other Customer Services representatives they have been nothing but great, knowledgeable and also very well mannered.

Zoo Printing is the best print shop on earth. Quality printing at a price that leaves room for profit.

Some business cards I printed, did not come out straight and some of the edges are not well cut.
