Beautiful Job!
I had received misprinted magnets and Zoo Printing more than made it right. Mistakes happen, but more importantly is how they are handled. Zoo Printing gets an A+ for calling me to ask how they can fix them, double checking the new printed product and sending beautifully printed magnets that were a big hit with my customer! Thank you!

Silk Lamination…Ehhh
We ordered business cards with the silk lamination.
The print quantity was excellent.
The silk lamination was not as “silky” as I’ve seen with other print companies. It came out as more uncoated than the luxurious hand feel I was expecting.

I have complained about this in the past. Apparently when you order 1 or 2 color products the Dashboard does not seem to get updated. I rarely get a tracking number for my job. Also, I NEVER get an email saying my job was completed and Shipped. If this gets fixed, I will be a lot happier. I do appreciate your low shipping rates on the items I frequently order.
