Absolutely Terrible Service – ZoodMall Lost a Loyal Customer
I bought a tablet from ZoodMall that arrived damaged, and since then it’s been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I reached out multiple times—no response, no help, no spare parts, nothing.
After paying the full amount for the tablet, I held back a small $7 payment from another order out of frustration. What did they do? Ignored all my support requests but started calling me daily from different numbers just to collect that tiny amount. No logic, no respect for customers.
ZoodMall clearly does not care about loyalty or responsibility. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. I’ve deleted the app and will never use their service again.
If you’re thinking of ordering from them—don’t. You’ll regret it like I did.

I too was scammed !! Ordered in March 2021 was so excited but I have yet to get my order and or a response from the company!! They won’t even answer any emails or refund my money!! DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Waste of my money and time!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I even tried to post on their Facebook and of course they deleted my post because it was negative!!! Zoom this MF’s (middle finger in the air)!!

Never got the item, got an invalid tracking number but they took the money out of my account. Just like everyone else stated they do not return emails.

Unfortunately I can't rate with less than 1 star. If I could, I would rate them with negative stars. The worst place to buy. I haven't received mine yet, no working and invalid tracking number and they never reply on emails.

If I could give no stars I would. I paid for the 40 mm ball and when I checked on my order to verify it (money came out of my account) the web site says Oops, something went wrong. For days oops was all I got. This was weeks ago and I never got the ball.

wrong tracking number - no order received
ordered a bundle and 2 extras on nov 29th (order #40396I). the tracking number is incorrect i have been sending many emails but yet no one gave me more information. i have been offered an extra for the inconvenience. Thank you but but how can i use it if i don't have the ball in hand ? please help it was christmas present. i am so desappointed.

ZOOM BALL IS A SCAM
Zoom ball charged me, never sent the product, refused to refund me, and now won't respond to me. It's been 10 months.

Their "campaign" where they have a "free" ball (40mm) is shipped from China.
But how do they make their money?
Well, the ball is $1.50 with free shipping on AliExpress.
They charge $10 for shipping.
You're not actually paying for the shipping, they give you a "free" ball that you're actually paying a 666% markup (brilliant, by the way).
If you consider their products, know that it's not their product, they're just buying it off AliExpress to your address and pocketing about $8.50 out of the $10 you give them for "shipping". That's also why the shipping time, as mentioned in other reviews, can be up to 4 months or even more.
Zoom ball recieved and as described!
I'm quite shocked with the negative reviews. I got my zoom balls within a month's time, which is typical for any product coming from China. It came with the microfibre carry bags as advertised. Packaging came with a small box but with bubble wrap around each zoom ball and stand. The zoom balls itself are in perfect condition! No complaints here.

It’s been in transit for 4 months!!
All I did was click on information about the zoom ball and the order was placed and this was in March. They’re still telling me the zoom ball is in transit! Do not purchase from them! I recommend against it and very highly because the odds of you actually receiving it are slim and none!

I ordered my zoomball from this company also. I ordered this April 19 and until now its not yet delivered. This is a horrible and bad company to buy the zoomball. They offer a free tutorial as a free for not getting the zoomball on time. But how are you going to use the training on how to use zoomball if you dont have the zoomball yet.
Dont order to this company, They dont care to there customer. The item is almost 100 days but unitl now no status as to where the item is. They always reply that they can not do anything about the problem.

It took over 3 months to receive my order. And how were the zoom balls packed? Poorly. Awful boxes, no bubble wrap, only a piece of chinese newspaper with the biggest one. No promised microfiber pouch. Do not order from here.
Horrible Experience
My order was confirmed on April 21st with Zoomball. I have now waited over 3 months for my order. When I contact them, all I get is form letter replies with no answers to where my order is. The tracking number that was given to me is useless and was last updated in May and has my order coming from China. When I go on their website and on Facebook, all their reviews are solid and they have no negative reviews and everybody has received their Zoomball products promptly.
But when I came here to trust pilot, all their reviews are horrible. I just want my money back but nobody at Zoomball cares.
Horrible company
I’ll be the next track on this broken record. I ordered my set of three zoom balls with a stand on April 14th. It is now July 18th and at least according to the tracking website my package has been in Shanghai China since May 20. These are scam artists even if we weren’t dealing with COVID-19 issues. Returns have to arrive back to their warehouse in no more than 14 days but they could care less if your order ever gets to you in the first place
this company is thieves
They took the money for delivery and I didn't get anything
