*** BE VERY WARY OF ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY ***

Please be careful before parting with any money as this company not only provide bad customer service, but deliberately ignore customers.

I placed a very simple order for a harness for my disabled dog two weeks ago. I measured her carefully and selected from the sizes listed on their website.

A few days later a harness was delivered however it was the wrong size. I double checked and saw that on their website Zoomadog has listed sizes that are completely different to the Manufacturer’s sizes.

I telephoned and politely informed them of the error, following up with an email with screenshots of their own website and the manufacturer’s label so that they could see their clear error.

This is where Zoomadog then decided to display their dreadful customer service skills (or complete lack of!)

They tried to say that I “might” get an exchange if I can ensure zero dog hair on the item. I had to point out to them basic consumer law given this was entirely their error.

After that battle and sending the harness back to them, I then received a replacement harness from them (I had to beg for it to be sent within a decent timescale!) which was now TWO sizes too big.

When I emailed to ask why this was I was ignored. I therefore telephoned and spoke with Joss (who from companies house appears to be the owner - companies house details have been obtained by me as this is now likely to end up with me taking them to small claims for a refund and also costs incurred).

To my shock, Joss actually stated in both email and on the phone that she had DELIBERATELY sent the wrong size!

Apparently Joss knows better than the customer and ignores what size you have measured your dog to be.

I then had to battle to get a returns code to send this harness back to them and by now my disabled dog had gone over a week without a harness at all (her previous one having broken and this now being urgent). I therefore had to place my order with a competent company who had the right sizes on their website (and who delivered brilliant contrasting customer service)

Joss agreed in writing to action a refund. 3 days later the refund has not only not appeared, but Emily at Zoomadog has just confirmed on the telephone that the refund hasn’t been actioned at all.

I had emailed the last 3 days asking for them to confirm the refund, they have read the emails but ignored all of them.

It has now been 2 weeks since I paid for a harness in good faiths from them and I have no harness and no refund.

Exceptional incompetence, staggering arrogance and they’re swiftly heading for a day in court.

Please avoid ordering with this company, you risk them holding your money and sending entirely the wrong items repeatedly.

So happy with our Walking Wheels! Chose to order from Zoomadog because I couldn't find any stockists near me, and was very surprised at their quick arrival, only took a couple of days all the way from the UK to Norway. I've had orders from inland take much, much longer!

Brilliant, we got the Therapaw dog boot for our greyhound who is recovering from a dislocated toe and infection. After the bandages came off we needed something to protect his foot after resuming walks and the Therapaw works perfectly. We can go out again with confidence. Highly recommend this boot, easy to put on, plenty of Velcro to ensure a good fit and offers good protection for paws. Pawesome! Thank you

I have used Zoomadog twice now to buy boots for my elderly greyhound. I have fostered greyhounds before so plenty experience with boots.
a) the company is very helpful - I chose to talk to someone and order by phone. They give good advice about paw measuring, fitting the boot, etc and delivery was very speedy.
b) the boot is VERY well made, comfortable and protective for the dogs paw, and it really does stay on.
Not just for lead walking, but for off lead and going in water. I haven’t found one as good as this before.
So I am very grateful as it has made a big difference to my old dogs ability to enjoy his walks.

After a few weeks of trying to decide if wheels was a good idea or not for my 12 year old pug i decided to give them a try. It was the best decision i made , she’s got a new lease of life , she’s so happy! The staff at Zoomadog are extremely helpful with any queries you have and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend wheels and also this company ! Thanks

Value for money good kits

The Orthodox hip brace has made a remarkable impact for my elderly retriever whose back legs are beginning to give way. It is so much easier for her to walk using the hip brace as it seems to hold her legs in place and gives her more stability. Would highly recommend.

My dog has inflammation around the spinal cord causing her to knuckle her right foot and has a very weak right leg. We have laminate flooring at home and the Walkin’ Traction dog socks stop her from slipping. We tried thicker boots but she couldn’t walk in them and these socks are 100x better as they are thin so she can still feel the ground through them.
Not sure how they wear for walks, only used them once for a 10 min walk. Once we made sure the top of the sock was above her ankle, they didn’t slip down.

The dispatch and delivery was very quick, arriving in a couple of days on standard delivery. I would purchase from Zoomadog in the future should we need to.

Socks red...fitted well and great underneath boots.
Oh and the boots are gorgeous and especially helpful is the video of how to put them on! The first time we....ok I....got it wrong and Cooper was trying to walk around on the side of his foot/boot which was hysterical!!! The instructional video is invaluable and when we got it right Cooper trots around with ease. I should mention that he has a nasty corn on his front paw pad and he is now no longer limping and happy to go out, which has increased his wellbeing as his pain is less.

I originally had the small harness but we quickly realised it just wasn’t quite big enough. We ordered a medium and Camilla was kind enough to speak to the fitting department for me and ask if they could change the buckles in order for it to fit on the French bulldog wheels. They did this with no hesitation. The harness arrived a couple of days ago and it fits my dog beautifully. Thank you so much for the communication and the help with everything. Beau loves his new wheels & harness and they are going to give him the opportunity to be a dog 😊

Have ordered from Zoomadog in the past so I had no worries in ordering from them again.
Great company and quick delivery

I'd had a look around for good quality non-slip socks for my dog after she'd worn through her last ones. I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand! The socks came off within hours and I'd followed the measuring advice clearly. When I contacted them they asked me to get a video of what was happening but I could never capture it. I returned the socks but because I didn't have the plastic slip that went over the cardboard they came with they refused to refund me or exchange them, which is a ridiculous policy. As if not having a plastic slip on them would mean you couldn't sell them. They lost out on a loyal customer. They also took ages to reply to emails qs others have said. So buy with caution, if you don't have any issues then you'll be fine but seems anyone with issues finds it hard to get them resolved or is fobbed off or ignored.

Very happy to recommend Zoomadog! I knew what I wanted to assist my dog in his recovery from his rear leg cruciate strain, and I soon found what I needed from the extensive choice available, covering all sorts of canine ailments! Easy ordering, quick email response, and fast delivery, excellent service! My doberman will also be very pleased that the knee brace he is now wearing, which fits just right, is going to help him get back to leaping around like a loon again!
