I first experienced Zoomadog's incredible service in March 2025. I reached out hoping to obtain a custom brace to manage my dog's cruciate injury conservatively. Megan provided exceptional help and support during that difficult time. Although my dog ultimately deteriorated to the point of needing surgery, Megan's support left me with a very positive impression. When I recently needed products that met two of my dogs' rehabilitation needs, I had no qualms about returning to this company. It turned out they had the absolute perfect solution for us!

Our Specific Needs

We are a multi-dog household. Two of our pups do daily physiotherapy exercises. Finding gear for tiny legs isn't easy but the FitKinect system sold by Zoomadog is perfect for my dogs:

• A Biewer Terrier (3 Years Old): Has a luxating patella. Needs to build core strength and body awareness.

• A Havanese Senior: Recovering from a second cruciate tear and a late post-op infection. He needs to build strength in his quads, relearn back paw placement, improve range of motion in his knee and learn to stride consistently on his operated leg.

Incredible Ease of Use

This is my first experience with this system. I admit to being intimidated when I heard the kit described as "Lego for dogs," but it's intuitive and easy to set up. Right out of the box, we made:

• Dual-Level Platform: Assembled in just seconds.

• Intermediate Pivot Platform with a step over pole: Ready to go in seconds.

Why the Xtra Kit Wins for Little Dogs

Upgrading to Xtra was a great decision. It allowed me to make a 4-pole cavalletti set-up. Most cavalletti kits fail tiny breeds: their bars are too high and their spacing is too wide. This is the only system I’ve found that allows me to easily set low Cavalletti low poles that can be adjusted precisely for short strides. It makes targeted gait therapy exercises truly therapeutic for small dogs.

Day 1 Experience

Both dogs wanted to try the set-ups immediately. They performed their exercises confidently and capably. The non-slip surface provided amazing traction. No slipping means zero fear during workouts.

I am having trouble getting a status on my package after telling the shipping company to return it to the shipper.

I have already written reviews while this was ongoing, but now that the matter is over, I think it is only right to put the whole experience together properly from start to finish.
I paid around £1,000 for a custom leg splint for my dog, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The website is very misleading. The pictures shown do not properly represent what the customer actually receives. What is shown online gives the impression of a neat, simple product that fits well, but that was not my experience at all. The product I received looked very different, involved multiple parts, and the overall quality and finish were poor for the amount of money charged.
I raised this more than once by email and even suggested that the website should be changed so it shows the product properly and gives customers a more accurate idea of what they are actually buying. That advice was clearly ignored, and the website still presents the product in a way that I believe is misleading.
What made the whole experience even worse was the owner’s behaviour. She was very unhelpful throughout. At first she asked what resolution I wanted, including refund, but then changed her position and started distancing herself from responsibility, saying she had to deal with the manufacturer. As far as I am concerned, if you are selling the product, taking the payment, and dealing directly with the customer, then you are responsible.
Communication was poor from the start. Emails were ignored, replies were unhelpful, and I found some of the responses rude. After around 10 emails and getting nowhere, I had no choice but to escalate the matter through PayPal and then through my bank. I was fully prepared to take it further if necessary. The only reason anything moved forward was because I escalated it externally.
To make matters worse, I later bought an alternative elsewhere for around £900 less, and it worked perfectly well. That only confirmed to me that this product was hugely overpriced for what it actually was.
For that kind of money, the quality was poor, the website was misleading, and the complaint handling was unacceptable. But more than anything, it was the owner’s attitude and behaviour that made me decide I would never buy from this company again.
I would not recommend this company.

I have purchased 2 wiggleless back braces in the past and been very happy with them for one of my dogs. They made all the difference to his walking
I purchased a shoulder brace for my other dog and she found it uncomfortable and couldn’t get on with it

Didn’t arrive until I emailed to find out where it was. They then said I’d ordered the wrong size boot for my dog even though I measured her.
When boot did eventually arrive the padding has come unstuck already after 1 day

Stupidly expensive boots did not fit our greyhound and got told it’s our dogs paw shape at fault. Boots were barely worn but worn outside and because of this told no refunds. Boots are very poor quality costing maybe £10 to make in China. Then sold for 6 times the price mark up. Avoid this company and just buy your dog £20 boots elsewhere! Sad bad experience.

Fast arrival. Neck brace doing the job for conservative management of Daxie with cervical fracture

My dog suffered a HNPE on 8th December 2025. On our first physio visit the physiotherapist recommended a 'Help em up' harness and advised that Zoomadog were her preferred supplier. I'm glad we took her advice as Zoomadog have been great to deal with.

Initially we were very happy with the service when purchasing our maximus boots.

All the requirements for information that Zoomadog asked for was good we believed.

Received the boots. And they’re not cheap.
Within days we realised that the inside of the shoe component has some very very stiff seams and it was cutting into the top of our dogs toes. That’s her right foot.

Also the soles are so rough that she scrapes the inside of her left foot as they hit off her foot while walking.

But too late to return them.
We have therefore a wasted product.

This was May 2025.

Similarly bought some wagwear boots. Chose the size of these according to the web site. They’re MUCH TOO large, can see that without even opening the pocket. they’re buckets! So we will pay to return and NO we are not ordering any more from this company.

That’s this month, December 2025.

Actually pretty unhappy with everything from them.

Bought the help ‘em up harness and accopanying cross handles for my old dog on the vet’s advice following a ‘geriatric vestibular episode’. He already has arthritis and losing his balance was an additional issue. I wish i’d had one of these harnesses years ago, it’s fabulous. He is suspicious of new gadgets, but 48 hrs later is nudging this harness to be taken out for a walk.
Zoomadog ask for measurements to ensure you get the correct size front and back end (these can be purchased as separate items) and an accompanying leaflet gave fitting advice.
I paid £15 for next day delivery (a 3pm order resulted in a 2pm delivery :) ) which was well worth it in this run up to Christmas and with the dog’s balance and confidence improving rapidly I needed to be able to stop/support him from over reaching his abilities!

Bought some knee high greyhound socks which were advertised as medium to large greyhound. Size advertised was nothing like what I received even though the product label said it was. You would struggle to get these on a chihuahua!!! I needed these quick as my greyhound has sore paws and they even had the cheek to charge £15, yes £15, for next day delivery . Never again
