After leaving a message on a Sunday afternoon about a problem with my dog’s wheelchair I didn’t hold out much hope of getting a reply in this day and age of abysmal customer service,but by 9:30 Monday morning I had a phone call from from Emily at zoomadog,who solved my problem immediately ordering new parts,and keeping me up to date along the way.fantastic customer service (a rare thing these days) I would highly recommend this customer focused,responsive company,well done Emily and zoomadog as a whole,thank you

The dog wheelchairs cost allot of money (£470) and they can only be returned if they are as new condition. I wanted to be sure they would help my 27kg elderly labrador who has pain and weakness in his back legs and hips so I asked zoomadog if the wheelchair would work on sloped ground, uneven ground, steep steps and long grass as I live in a rural location on a hill and need to get up steps to get out of my house. I was told by Megan from zoomadog
that "our wheelchairs are designed to handle various terrains including sloped and uneven grounds well as long grass. They should perform well on steps too, there is a handle on the frame so you are able to help your dog up large steps and curbs etc".
After this reply I did not hesitate to order. My poor lab has been through hell trying to pull himself up hill with the wheels on and when I took him downhill on an uneven path they were not safe and I had to disconnect the wheels to get my dog back home. The wheels are impossible for my dog to go up steps too, the handle is useless. I have had to abandon the wheels and wasted allot of money and put my poor dog through allot of stress and discomfort in the process. Megan on the customer care team needs to know the limitations of the product she is selling and not mislead customers. I feel getting a sale is more important than ensuring the product is fit for purpose.

This was the 2nd pair of boots we purchased for Malik. We spoke to Megan who was extremely helpful and ensured that we received the correct size for him. She kept us informed all through the process. Thank you.

The item I ordered was delivered on time very good quality and as shown on their site. Unfortunately it was not suitable for my dog. Not the companies fault but my selection. It is hard to judge on line exactly if it will help with our dogs problems. I contacted the company and within the hour they had replied suggesting another type and advising on returning the item.

DO NOT BUY THE CRUCIATE LIGAMENT SUPPORT BANDAGE! An absolute joke. I rarely leave less than 5 stars as if things aren't great I tend to not review but these are expensive and not fit for purpose. Some cheap Chinese made peoce of material, the elastic comes away after a couple of wears (my dog needs this for about 6 months) at almost £80 the mark up on these is pure greed, another company exploiting the fact we love our pets! Avoid at all costs, I saw a similar one for a tenner but thought I'd best go for the more expensive one as the reviews of the website suggested it was a reputable company, whilst some products may be OK (I don't know, I haven't tried) the support bandage I can safely say is a waste of money. Little support offered to my dogs leg, money down the drain.

Great information on zoomadog website with variety of boots for dogs. Boots seem well made and my dog doesn't seem to bother with them so all good.

They were so helpful with harness and wheels I needed for my injured dog. They respond very quickly. Highly recommend

My physiotherapy FitPaws Bone arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately I had a problem with the pump that came with the bone. However, I contacted customer service at Zoomadog, and I have to say that they were very efficient in requesting a replacement pump from FitPaws for me, and I was kept well informed as to the expected delivery date. I was given the impression from the extremely helpful Megan, that the 'care' part of customer care really does matter to this company. I would highly recommend!

The product is brilliant and the support we've had since with helping us get the best fit for our amputee labrador has been outstanding. Emily has been amazing and responds so quickly to my panicked messages. Would highly recommend

I found Zoomadog after researching a few dog wheelchair companies for my very large dog. I called to have a chat and Megan assured me that this would change mine and my dogs life for the better. I went ahead and ordered and a lovely pink chair arrived with all the accessories. It was a huge step to take but I’m looking forward to using it more. The customer service is amazing and Megan has the patience of a saint as I was getting very stressed getting Belle (my dog) in and out of it as I was worried that I was doing everything wrong. She answered my emails, called me back when she saw my missed calls and responded to what’s apps quickly. Absolutely fantastic service. I can’t recommend them enough and will have Belle zooming around everywhere soon. A company that seems to really care for their customers and their dogs.

The customer service was terrific. I had ordered a booth that was size too small for my dog and they were so helpful in finding a better fit alternative. Super efficient and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Customer service has been outstanding from the start. Big thankyou to Megan who is efficient, polite and compassionate.10/10 ..Sam my dog became disabled losing the use of his back legs at the end of February. WE purchased the help em up harness. It is discreet you walk along helping lift your dogs rear legs for them ,,its great for lifting in and out in car too..really straight forward to fit on and off ..10 out of 10 for this harness. thank you

After speaking to the friendly office staff this is a small business making excellent products for dogs. I ordered some Honey boots, for my greyhound, they are absolutely beautiful. Hard wearing and so great for dogs especially greyhounds.
I had difficulties sizing my dogs feet I would order bigger if you are on the cusp of two sizes.
I have no hesitation in reccomending this product or Zoomadog itself. They could not be more helpful, prompt in delivery or presented beautifully. Great product!

Very helpful when communicating and called straight away to help with questions and will get me a white muffins halo within two weeks after trying out the blue
Megan and joss are stars it’s still very difficult coming to terms that our little dog won’t ever see again so any help to assist him is very grateful

I've always had great service and found them very helpful. We ordered a harness and it arrived a couple of days ago and it fits my dog beautifully. It is perfect and stay on well. 😊

Excellent service, delivery very speedy. Too early to say if it will give enough support as only arrived three days ago.

This is an update to my recent 1 star review, and is an important development which I ask all readers of my first review especially, to read. I have had several conversations with Zoomadog this morning regarding the brace I purchased, and they have agreed to refund in full both the purchase price of the brace and the postage I paid to receive it. In the light of my present impecunity, this is very welcome news! We all make mistakes, but the willingness of Zoomadog to take responsibility for this is, in my experience, rare and precious in the business world. Although I have not yet received the refund (as it has only just been promised), I trust that they will honour their promise, and they have already sent me an email of confirmation.
Quite why I have also received confirmation of a new order this morning which I did not place, I don't know, but since I have no funds to pay for it anyway, am not too concerned that I will be out of pocket!

I HAVE TODAY BEEN IN CONVERSATION WITH EMILY FROM ZOOMADOG.
She has been extremely helpful in resolving the issue with regards the Shoulder Brace.
Honestly could not fault the understanding and outcome of the resolution in progress

I have therefore deleted my original review and altered the star rating due to having an understating conversation and apology of which I found truly encouraging.

Just for Information....The product I still have concerns it has caused my dog additional discomfort with the pressure sores.

I recently bought the Balto jump dog brace (£110) as suggested by the physio working with my dog. Having looked at the measurements I felt my dog fell in between the measurements so contacted Zoomadog for advice. I received a quick, same day response and ordered the size advised by Zoomadog. This was despatched to me within two days and received two days later. Unfortunately the brace was a little too big for my dog but the physio and myself felt the size down would be too small. The product itself was well made, would have been fit for purpose and it was reasonably easy to work out what straps went where. Following Zoomadog's criteria for a return re. hair free and packaging, I returned the brace within a few days with next day delivery. Next day receipt of same was acknowledged by Zoomadog and a refund was duly triggered and arrived in my bank account on the third working day. Excellent communication and a smooth experience from start to finish. Should I need to try another product of theirs at some time, I would have every confidence to do so and thank them for a good experience.
