Terrible.
I checked the address of the company before I bought anything. It is a UK registered company with a UK address.
I proceeded with a purchase. The quality was appalling and the items were actually unwearable because the cut wasn’t okay - literally wouldn’t fit a human.
I contacted the company to get a refund within the 30 day period and was told I had to send back to CHINA! At my own cost, tracked/ registered deliver snd all customs costs my own.
Spoke to the post office and they said a lot of these parcels are being refused at the China end and ending up being sent back. Its an utter SCAM.

Ordered item on the 30 September 2026.
NO updates since order confirmed.
Today is 12 October 2026, site is not even indicating item is out for delivery.
Miserable customer experience so far

Do not buy from this company !!!! I have asked them about 15 times now for a refund, and it seems like an automated reply saying keep my dress and choose another item from their website instead of refunding me.Now they have come back and given me an address in China to return item! Not UK, where their registered office is in London, as it states on their website. It’s all a complete swizz.

Don't be fooled by the lovely pictures on their website. The clothing is not as described and of poor quality. It is drop shipped form China and you could probably buy the same from Tumu at 1/3 of the price and better return and refund options.
I received a dress that was not as described on the product page of their website. This is an error on their part, which they have admitted, so they as liable for the return cost (as per their stated returns policy). I have asked them for a pre-paid returns label to do this and they are not supplying. They expect me to post it back to an address in CHINA, that will cost me over £10. I doubt that I will ever see that cost reimbursed if I do that.
Please don't buy from them. They really are not worth the hassle!

This is an appalling company to deal with. If you need to return anything they make it impossible for you . They do not respond to emails and will not provide you with the necessary information to make the return .

I have lodged a complaint with my bank and they are supporting me with a payment dispute so I can get my money back through that route .

I would strongly urge you not to purchase from this place . If your clothes don’t fit uou will be stuck with them

There are apparently no humans who work for Zoe and Bella in the UK - I've tried emailing them about my order - no response. I tried calling them - it doesn't matter when you call, you get the same recorded message saying they're busy, so email them instead - so they can not reply. Absolute rubbish! I'll have to charge my card back to get my money back - no other way
