Love, love, love this toothpaste. It cleans beautifully and whitens your teeth as well. Completely different from other toothpastes on the market

Toothpaste is ok tastewise, can't comment on how well it works relative to colgate.

Floss is utter garbage! Keeps breaking down as I floss, often having to use 3 or 4 strings. Have relatively good teeth, but completely stopped using it after some ripped off and got stuck under my gums between two tight teeth. I had to get very sharp tweezers to get it out the next day like a mini surgery as it was very inflamed borderline infection, and a massive piece of fabric came out! Would not recommend, just a worse version of mainstream alternatives.

FIrstly the mint toothpaste tastes great, your teeth feel clean and it's well packaged and delivered. Unfortunately other than than it didn't work for me, in fact it did the opposite of what I wanted it do. Teeth that weren't sensitive before became really sensitive and no whitening occurred other than on my crown which now is much whiter than my other teeth. It might be due to the age of my teeth, and it probably doesn't work for everyone, so it's worth giving it a try I guess, just not for me.

I have been using Zing for over a year and really like all the flavours, especially the peach. My teeth feel really clean after using it and sensitivity has gone. I love coffee and it has helped with my coffee stains. There is a minor panic in our household when we think we are running low but new orders have arrived promptly.

As someone who dislikes mint flavour toothpaste I was happy to find Zing, especially the lemon, but it leaves a slightly sweet flavour, which is not pleasant at night - pity you add sweetener to it. Having used it for three months, there has been no whitening effect.

I’ve had such a great experience with Zing and I absolutely commend their first class customer service. I had an issue with a discount code not working when I placed my first order, I sent a message through the website and quickly received a reply from Lucy offering a new code for me to try.

This worked and I placed my order, unfortunately my local delivery office seemed to have lost my parcel so I contacted Zing again to ask if they had any further tracking information, and they immediately resent a new parcel out for me so that I wasn’t kept waiting.

My original parcel showed up out of the blue the next day, I emailed Lucy to let her know and offered to send back the second parcel but they have very very kindly told me to keep the second parcel when it arrives and I am so grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service.

I used the toothpaste for the first time tonight (I purchased the soft lemon and also the original mint) I tried the lemon first and the flavour is lovely, I have sensory issues and often struggle with more unusual flavours of toothpaste but I’m so pleased with how pleasant this tastes and my teeth feel so clean after using. The mint flavour is also lovely, not too strong but still fresh and clean.

If you are considering purchasing then I’d definitely say give it a go, the customer service experience alone has been fantastic and I can’t wait to keep using Zing and seeing improvements in my teeth from now on 🥰

I purchased one of the mint toothpastes and thought it was quite good, very mild but cleaned my teeth and I noticed they were slightly whiter. I decided to buy the pack of four but they only had the variety pack so I purchased this. The other flavours including apple and peach really are not good… they taste nice but left my teeth feeling grainy and unclean, I also had slightly bad breath hours later. I’m now stuck with these and I’m using them alongside a Colgate max white toothpaste (which is amazing) because I don’t want to waste them but will not be buying again. The mint one is ok but the other flavours just don’t clean your teeth properly, I found myself brushing for longer and using more to try and get my teeth to feel clean.

Bought 3. Used one - zero whitening and zero effects. On second tube now. Don't waste your money.

I had my reservations when I first tried this (especially as I’m prone to sensitive teeth), but I decided to try it because I was impressed and intrigued by their story, and ethics, and I’m always keen to support UK companies.

If I’m honest, I was a bit doubtful of their claims, but curious enough to try it.
I’m so glad I did. It really has done everything it said it would. I don’t have any problems with sensitivity and I have noticed my teeth are whiter.
The flavoured toothpastes are a little odd at first, but I actually came to really like them - even preferring them now over the harsh traditional mint version (personally not a lover of the lemon but there are plenty of flavours to choose from and one will definitely suit, and there’s still mint if it’s not for you).

I will not go back to high street toothpaste. I’m a Zing convert !!!
I would definitely recommend to anyone they give it a go. Nothing to lose but lots to gain.

I have been using Zing toothpaste for a while now and my (adult) family are now preferring to use it too. Brushing with frothy mint toothpaste always felt like a chore, but I find with Zing that I am brushing for longer and more effectively. Coupled with a sonic brush, my dental health is much better. I prefer the flavours to strong mint and my teeth feel just as clean and fresh.

Cannot purchase seperatley, this is not clear until you get to final checkout, if the product is that good it doesnt need sneaky tactics, shame as looked like it was worth a try.

Fantastic customer services, and the branding is to die for. What a lovely family business with a great mission. Highly recommend!

Firstly the customer service from the company has been fantastic, my order was marked as delivered from the Royal Mail but had in fact not gone to my property. I reached out via email to the company and had a really swift response to see my order would be resent, the person I dealt with was lovely and it felt like a really personal experience rather than a Chat Bot response. The toothpaste landed the next day and I can say I am impressed, I ordered the mint flavour and although it is very subtle (this might be a plus point if you are adverse to strong tastes) it really left my teeth feeling clean and mouth feeling refreshed. Very happy with the service and the product.

Update - I’ve emailed x3 and still not received a response. I want to know how to order one and NOT subscribe to a monthly subscription. I think this is a bit naughty as alot of people won’t realise they’ve subscribed and it’s certainly not clear how to make a one off order. I would think most people would want to try this before committing to a monthly payment.

Toothpaste leaves mouth feeling like it hasn’t been brushed only an hour or so after cleaning my teeth with them so not for me (also doesn’t actually whiten). Floss is actually pretty good it’s just so expensive!

However having asked them to cancel an order today due to a mistake on my part in it they told me it was “sorted” when they’d actually just amended the order instead of cancelling it (which is not what I wanted or asked for), so had to ask again.

They also don’t honour misleading advert deals if they say it was advertised by mistake but will give you store credit.

I have only just placed the order my problem is the fact that I was not made aware of accepting a monthly subscription. I have gone back into the account and there is a method on unsubscribing, but you have to read your receipt to discover (a) that you have subscribed and (b) you have to click back into the account to discover how to do it. I suspect quite a lot of people won’t even see that until too late.

Brilliant customer service! If you make a mistake ordering just let them know as they will sort it out for you.
Love these toothpastes!

My family loves this toothpaste. My hypersensitive son, who used to hate brushing his teeth with traditional toothpastes with their overpowering flavour and too much foam, now happily brushes twice a day without any battles. The flavours are milder and they don't foam excessively. Personally, I have found that my teeth feel clean and are less sensitive.
I have also found their customer service to be excellent. When I forgot that my subscription was about to come and needed to cancel the order for financial reasons, they were very kind and helpful.
