My family loves this toothpaste. My hypersensitive son, who used to hate brushing his teeth with traditional toothpastes with their overpowering flavour and too much foam, now happily brushes twice a day without any battles. The flavours are milder and they don't foam excessively. Personally, I have found that my teeth feel clean and are less sensitive.
I have also found their customer service to be excellent. When I forgot that my subscription was about to come and needed to cancel the order for financial reasons, they were very kind and helpful.

I have yellowing teeth, but I don't want to try complicated whitening processes, so decided to take a chance with Zing. I purchased a multi-pack of four in the mint flavour. It tastes OK, although the freshness doesn't last as long as conventional toothpastes. It seems to clean the teeth effectively, but after finishing the first tube (brushing twice daily) there is no noticeable change in the colour of my teeth. I drink tea, coffee and red wine, so I was hoping for some results, however, the only place it works on stains is my tongue. I don't have sensitive teeth, so I can't comment on its effectiveness there. I accept that I took a risk buying the toothpaste, so I won't moan about the money I spent. However, it really is a very expensive item, which doesn't work for everyone. It's probably best to speak to your dentist before spending your money, to find out if the colour of your teeth is actually due to staining or something else (like aging). Once the three remaining tubes are used up I won't be buying any more. If the price point was in line with most other toothpastes, I might consider using it due to the claims that it contains no 'nasties', however, I'd research that thoroughly first.

I recently contacted Zing for some advice prior to placing an order and they couldn’t have been more helpful, or more kind. They really went above and beyond and I was really touched.

Lovely toothpaste with a nice subtle flavour. I had an issue with the postage, which was completely my fault and the customer service I received to resolve this was fantastic. I was beyond impressed with Zing and can’t wait to try the other flavours.

Having used Zing toothpaste for about six weeks I haven’t noticed any improvement in my teeth sensitivity. I also don’t notice any difference at all in the colour of my teeth.

It tastes nice and I like that it’s made in England but is too expensive and it hasn’t done what it claims to for me.

I live in Germany and a friend who was visiting my wife and I introduced me to Zing. Toothpaste. As an avid cyclist, I use a fair amount of sugary sports drinks, gels and power bars to help sustain me through a mountainous 100 kilometre ride. I found that by brushing with Zing. Toothpaste after my cycling training, my teeth and gums are completely cleansed of any residual sugars left behind. Since then, I’ve been using Zing. regularly and have recommended it to my friends who are also sports enthusiasts. I‘m looking forward to trying any new products they may have in the pipeline.

As someone who has a long term chronic illness in addition to multiple food intolerances and allergies , I am thrilled to find that the Zing. Fluoride Free toothpaste works well with my body. I have not experienced any inflammatory outbreaks within my mouth (or body) and would highly recommend Zing. to anyone with sensitivities to oral hygiene products.

I tried the Zing. dental floss several days after trying the Zing. Fluoride Free toothpaste and was pleasantly surprised by how thorough the floss was and how easy it moved between my teeth without causing any gum irritation.

My husband uses the regular Zing. toothpaste and is also very pleased with the „just out of the hygienist chair“ feeling!

Hopefully there will be a Lemon Zing. Fluoride Free toothpaste coming soon to add variety to my oral hygiene care!

Disappointed in customer support. I only want to buy 1 to first try then decide if I want a multipack. Still awaiting response. Can’t comment on product as only want to buy one tube first and seems may not be possible.

Shocked to find after making a purchase that I had been signed up to a subscription service this was certainly not clear nor obvious. Needless to say I will not be making any further purchases.

Fantastic product that I've been using for around a year now. There was a mistake with an order (my fault) and the customer care team were so helpful and resolved the issue very kindly. It turns out that they're a small family run business so customer service wasn't just someone who didn't care, they really wanted me to be happy because it's as important to them. Would recommend the product and the company to anyone. ❤️

I absolutely love this toothpaste. It leaves one's mouth feeling fresh and clean and teeth feeling great!
In the past I have been guilty of putting too much toothpaste on my brush, but Zing dispenses just the right amount, which also helps the tube last longer!
I had reason to contact Customer service about something and Lucy was absolutely fantastic too.
A really quality product and made in the UK too.

I must be the only person disappointed with the lack of results with this toothpaste. I purchased a single tube of mint flavour to try. The paste itself was good, nice flavour, no harsh minty after taste that sometimes occurs with other toothpastes. Teeth were lovely and clean but no improvement to whiteness at all. In fact I would say that my teeth are no longer as white as they were before I tried Zing. I don't know if the enamel remineralising has altered the whiteness but I am very disappointed. Will definitely not be buying any more and have discontinued use.

After years of relying on mainstream brands, switching to Zing has been a refreshing change. It delivers a consistently clean, gentle, and effective experience that feels tailor-made. Zing stands out by doing exactly what it promises; highly recommended.

Tried the ZING Starter Pack and overall I’m glad I gave it a go. It includes all four flavours (Mint, Peach, Lemon, and Apple & Kiwi), each one subtle and refreshing in its own way. None of them are overpowering, and the toothpaste doesn’t foam excessively either, which is a real plus. No more retching over the sink for me, which is more than I can say for all the other brands I’ve tried.

At first I wasn’t convinced. It’s nearly three times the price of my old toothpaste, and my mouth didn’t feel quite as clean or fresh after brushing. But over time I’ve come to appreciate the difference. It’s better made, more thoughtfully put together, and kinder on my mouth.

Still not perfect, but despite a few misgivings, I’d say it is worth the premium and I'm a convert.

Excellent toothpaste that whitens teeth, tastes great and also comes in Fluoride-Free. Shoutout to Lucy on customer support who's one of the best support people I've ever dealt with, being very helpful when I was sent the wrong product by mistake.

I bought a tube to test for myself. Only when I received follow up emails did I discover I had signed up for a monthly subscription. This is not made at all clear when ordering. I was able to cancel future subs and they told me to untick a box when ordering. This is not obvious nor clear when ordering and I don't want to use a company that operates in this way.

I kept an eye on Zing as they have an interesting proposition, but a marketing email today with a starred out f-word really put me off the brand. So I unsubscribed from the mailing list. Grow up Zing if you want people to take you seriously. I have now read the customer reviews on poor customer service, dodgy marketing offers and hassle with subscriptions and it really doesn't seem like I'm missing anything.

I love this toothpaste! I try to use non-toxic products, but really like having white teeth. I have had people stop me and ask how I get my teeth so white - Zing is the only thing I use. I have referred many people. The different flavors are a bonus as well.

I have been using Zing for 3+ years and many including dental hygienist asked what I had done to whitening my teeth! Being a smoker this was a great result!
