I’ve ordered from Zing twice and really love their products. The toothpaste is obviously more expensive than your high street brands but I personally think it’s worth paying the extra money for dental products with better, higher quality ingredients. The black floss is also fantastic - I actually look forward to flossing now. I had to get in touch with customer service about my second order as the box was open upon delivery and one of the tubes had fallen out. Lucy was more than happy to help out and send a replacement. Highly recommend supporting this small independent business!

I found Zing when I was looking for a toothpaste with healthier ingredients. I have now been using it for over half a year and just made a large order for the future. I love the taste, I love the design of the tubes, and I love how it has improved my teeth. I had dark patches in the crevices on the top of my teeth and now they are all lovely and white again! I made a mistake with my last order and customer service was very nice and helpful. I can only recommend Zing!

Tastes good. Sls free. Unfortunately my sensitivity returned with a vengeance. So much so I made an emergency appointment with the dentist as I was convinced I had a cavity. No. Just sensitivity. Back to sensodyne for me.

2nd order of 4 tubes arrived but on opening the box there were only 2. I sent them an email and they immediately acknowledged my issue and sent the 2 missing items immediately. Thank you Lucy and the Zing team.

Great customer service.

The toothpaste is great with a mild mint flavour and my teeth feel noticeably cleaner and smoother. I haven’t tried the fruity ones. There was a problem with my second delivery due to Royal Mail failing to deliver and returning my order to Zing. One email and the super efficient Lucy sorted it and resent my order straight away along with 2 free boxes of dental floss. The floss is also excellent and will likely order it again now I know how good it is. Really impressed with the products and the service and nice to be able to support a uk based family business with completely recyclable packaging.

This is by far the best toothpaste i have used. I usually have quite sore gums and cuts on the sides of my mouth. I have been using this for around two weeks i have no cuts my gums are not hurting anymore. I have noticed an improvement in whitness of teeth for all my family (6 of us). No more bleeding when brushing either from another family member. Its amazing what a difference this has made and i will continue to buy. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

I can't comment on the quality of the product itself. It may be excellent. However, be aware that when you order you will automatically be placed on a recurring subscription. You will not be informed of this until you get your order confirmation email.

A reputable business would not resort to these tactics. Be aware.

The toothpaste is genuinely excellent and I had noticeable results within a week of using twice a day. One month on, my teeth are whiter and definitely stronger. It works and is absolutely worth the hype. Very highly recommend.

So much so, I have set up a subscription every three months. Now I have my whole family using it.

I had placed my order rather hastily and forgot to use the discount code I had found. Lucy got back to me extremely quickly considering it was Friday evening and had credited the difference.

Can't fault the friendliness and professionalism.

Apparently entered into a subscription I do not want. Item overpriced and did not see any benefit, now have the hassle of trying to cancel, so far they are ignoring my emails

I just noticed what a difference this toothpaste has made!....Just finished a tube of the mint and ordered the 4 pack of different flavours. I would post an image if there was the option to do so. The enamel on one of my front teeth was getting thin and looked grey in photos,but after just one tube it looks so much better, ....whiter!

I do really like this toothpaste, no dramatic whitening effects but it’s very pleasant to use and does leave my mouth feeling very nice. On my last visit my dental hygienist commented on my improved gums and general dental health.
When ordering the pre-ticked subscription box is something to look out for. Like other customers I unwittingly signed up for a subscription but it was very easily reversed.
My most recent order went AWOL and Zing sent out replacements immediately.

It is not clear at the time of ordering that you are entering into a subscription. It is impossible to find anywhere within your account to cancel it.

The toothpaste is fine but the constant emails trying to get me to buy more has put me off for life. Only used half a tube and ive probably had around 30 emails since

I kept seeing Zing come up on my newsfeed and was a bit skeptical to try it at first but I am so glad that I did and am really impressed with it. At last, someone has thought outside of the box and made toothpaste other than Mint flavour which I have always hated the taste of. All the mainstream suppliers seem to think it has to be Mint or nothing and something you have to do twice a day just seemed like torture! I love the Lemon one and my teeth feel so clean and glossy with the strengthened enamel and they look whiter also. I am yet to try the Peach and Apple but will only be using Zing products from now on as they have made a real difference to people who hate the mint stuff like me. Thank you!

I've tried to write this eleventy million times but I've too much to say and it all gets muddled. Lol.
First of all, when I seen this advertised I thought "fad." We all do it. Then Black Friday came and there were offers and I am weak, so apple and kiwi toothpaste was purchased. I have almost see-through front teeth due to enamel issues and so that makes me really self-conscious. I've only been using this for two days and I cannot believe how great it's working. Honestly. My teeth are whiter, brighter and look more whole again (as in the colour, it doesn't magically grow teeth). It's absolutely amaZING, pun completely intended. I was dubious about the price but when you add up the amount of money other toothpastes charge and they don't actually do what they say on the tin, it's a no brainer for me. Zing will get my money every time from now on. Two days in, forever to go! Now if only there was a grape flavour... ;)
