As a process you can raise any such issue on chat support or email and we will address it very quickly. If you have ordered any products like jackfruit, it is very difficult to precisely cut it but if weight varies then our team will initaite refund. Please provide us picture with underweight items and we will definitely refund the balance.

I was very pleased and highly impressed with the Products and Services by Zingox. Being the hardcore Alphonso Mango fan, I was ordering mangoes from Zingox almost every other week! I can confidently say they sold UKs best/high quality Alphonso mangoes. I didn't hesitate ordering it mangoes this summer and wont hesitate ordering again next year. Even their vegetables are so fresh that I don't have to worry about using them immediately the same day and can continue to store it for later use. 10/10 for their commitment to deliver high quality products every time and more so for their customer services.

Mangoes ordered 3 times and 2 times it was not good I have sent photos ,even then lots of communications I got refund ! Second box was completely not edible ! I informed but not refunded! So refund policy is need to be improved!

We are really sorry to hear the inconvenience caused. We went through all sequence of events. Below is the sequence of events:
- Order was placed and edited multiple times by chat feature
- Every time when order was edited, confirmation email was sent to the email on account (You wanted coconut halves but agent added desecrated coconut 100g )
- You confirmed the order and paid the invoice
- We delivered order as per the order placed, confirmed and paid
- You wanted to return it and our team offered you flexibility to do it next time when we have deliveries in your area
- As per our refund/return policy documented and accepted by all our customer at the time of purchase - https://zingoxfoods.co.uk/pages/refund-policy refund need to be initiated by sending email to info@zingoxfoods.co.uk which is not sent till date. It is clearly mentioned in all our orders sheet
- In this case you requested refund to third party driver, who do not have order visibility and right access to initiate refunds and hence it never got initiated in system
As you are our regular customer, we have always served you with best possible way and we are really sorry to hear your disappointment but from a service point of view we feel we have followed a process.
As per our telephonic discussion we have now refunded the amount £2.39 but we sincerely request you to follow standard refund process to avoid any delays going forward.

Poor communication and customer care…
Poor communication and customer care skills. Sent photos of spoilt tindora and a reminder email, no response now, nearly 3 weeks ago … so give up. Placed 2 orders, one for myself and one for my mum. Initial phone contact etc great but since terrible. I had recommended this company to my mum’s friends also but will tell them not to order now as this is not good customer service, not even an email to acknowledge mine to say they would be in touch.
This matter has now been resolved speedily, it is a shame that this could not have been done earlier without the need to post a review on Trust Pilot. In view of their response I will give this company another go. Thanks Zingox for your resolution.

Authentic curries

I will give four stars to Mangoes and not five as I have given for all other vegetables as 100% of them were rotten from inside which the seller has taken the complainant and dealing with it. Hopefully I will get some response.
I will give 5 star to rest of the vegetables as they all were very fresh and will keep ordering them.
