Originally ordered a 5mm Cuban bracelet that was just a bit small for my liking , the return process was easy and communication from the team was great. I since purchased a 7.7mm Cuban bracelet that was perfect for me the process was effortless and the quality of the bracelet itself and the packaging is excellent , Zincello was the only place I could find that did the style of bracelet that I wanted in the correct size for my wrist I highly recommend Zincello

I have bought jewelry from Zincello twice in the last 5 months and I’m very pleased with both the quality and their extremely friendly customer support.

I live outside the UK and my first purchase had an issue with import tax, but after emailing Zincello they responded within 10 minutes and resolved everything the same day, which really impressed me.

The pieces themselves still look great and I wear them daily without any issues. I would definitely recommend Zincello and will be buying from them again in the future.

I purchased a silver chain from Zincello over a year ago now and have never taken it off since. I wear it everyday even when exercising and swimming. I have had no issues with it breaking, oxidising or losing its shine. Overall a great quality product. Would highly recommend.
