I am a customer who has purchased several times Victoria at Friarhouse is honest, knowledgeable, helpful and very cooperative and understanding, as are her staff. I have bought several beautiful pieces and my only negative is that I can always find something beautiful that I want for extremely fair prices and value so I try desperately to fight the impulse to buy as I know I always get a fair deal and a beautiful, honest piece of jewellery, so my willpower is regularly weakened. I cannot recommend Friar House too highly.

A beautiful range of interesting and unique pieces - always something unusual that you wouldn't find anywhere else. Victoria is incredibly knowledgeable and the service is fantastic, we live the other side of the country but you would think the shop is round the corner. Friar house has the best photography, the images showing rings on hands, and the height of the ring when worn makes an online purchase less stressful. They are also very happy to send extra photos which is helpful too. Quick, secure postage and good communication.
