Bon , je pense que en principe si nous écrivons un avis sur trust pilot c’est pas pour écrire un bonne avis , mais la avec ZerkGaming surtout Matthew je le remercie car le service après vente est tout juste excellent , je pense que quand vous payer un produit et que si par malheur vous rencontrez un souci avec le produit tout ce jour avec le service client mais la le service est juste top , premier câble envoyé mais malheureusement pas reçu j’ai donc contacté Matthew qui a pu re faire un câble pour moi sur mesure et l’envoyer tout ça en 1 semaine . Le câble est fait sur mesure selon votre souris renseigner lors de votre achat car le câble est fabriqué en fonction de votre souris que vous allez custom et que le paracord est déjà près cablé , je n’ai pas eu besoin à me soucier de comment passer le câble pour pas qu’elle gène au remontage . En tout cas vous pouvez foncez les yeux fermer car si pas malheur vous avez un souci le SAV est juste TOP .

Had an issue with my mouse that was more the manufacturers fault than anyone else's. Zerkmods were super kind, consistent in their communication and helpful throughout the whole holiday period in aiding with my return, quickly highlighting there was a problem with said device, offering a free replacement and delivery all during the busy holiday period. Definitely earned a loyal customer going forward!

Like many people I can be hesitant when purchasing from an online store I'm unfamiliar with for the first time, but doing some research I could easily find many great reviews for zerk, and in general, word of mouth was excellent. So since the store was one of the very few places which stocked what I wanted I decided to give it a go. Processing and dispatch was so fast and since my item of choice was in stock it arrived in UNDER 24 hours! This was a lovely surprise! As it turned out though, through no fault of Zerk or my own there was a QC issue with the product. Matt was always very understanding, supportive and patient with me, helping in any way he could, and offering me whatever option suited me best. After proceeding in the way which suited me, Matt sorted everything out efficiently and without any issues. I am a FIRM believer that it's the customer service which sets stores apart, and as such I can wholeheartedly recommend buying from zerkgamingmods.

Best company in the UK when it comes to mice accessories, have been ordering for over 3 years now and the gradual improvement in quality has been very apparent. My Deathadder V3 paracord is perfection and is possible only because Zerk takes the time to print stress reliefs themselves. Will always recommend Zerk until I die!

I had originally bought a limited edition mouse which months down the line happened to have a faulty mouse encoder which made it impossible to do basic tasks such as scrolling a webpage.

I got in contact with Matthew regarding this and he offered to fix the encoder himself on my unit as it was a limited edition model or send me out the new and improved X2V2.

I decided to save the hassle and take the upgrade and I’ve not been disappointed at all, it instantly feels a lot better and I trust the mouse will provide a solid input.

Can’t thank him enough for sending out the replacement before checking the old unit for issues, as he knew I would be without otherwise and there was only a day where I had to use an old mouse.

Can’t thank you enough for the swift process, returns and replacements don’t normally go this smooth!

Ordered twice from there now, efficient delivery, however I wouldn't choose DHL if I had the choice.

Zerkgamingmods is a wonderful place to get new and up to date peripherals/accessories. I have been receiving great service since February, 2021. Ever since MaxGaming isn't an option in the UK, it's the best thing we have. Keep it up!
