The buying aspect of my experience was great, no issues. As soon as I got an issue though that's when its not great.

I used their contact us page and sent 3 inquiries off in just over a week. I didn't get a response on any. so I got in contact on their discord. I got a response saying to message Mathew directly. I did that and it was ok but a bit hit and miss. My last message I sent hasn't been replied to in 3 weeks so I gave up and bought a new device and just cut my losses.

Maybe work on the aftersales, a decent contact us that gets a reply is all that's needed.

I ordered my Padsmith IEMs when they were put onto the Zerk store and they were shipped out that same day and arrived within 2! Absolutely amazing service... highly recommend

I’ve only just found out Zerk existed but I ordered quite a few things!
The mouse pads and mouse are really high quality and worth the price, though having so many limited edition things on offer makes it really tempting to buy everything and eat soggy bread for a month!

I contacted support via email because the mailing service didn’t give me a notification that one of the items I ordered would arrive separately so I thought it was lost.

The person who I spoke to, the ever kind Matthew was, well very kind!
He even combined two orders to save me a little money on shipping of which was just above and beyond! If I could, I would give Matthew 10/5 stars :)

if you need mice, mousepads or cool custom cables, ZGM is the way to go. could not recommend any more.

Great store with outstanding customer service. First up, the buying experience is first class, everything listed for sale on the site can be considered good to excellent according to personal choice. But the best reason to shop here is the after sales experience. A mouse I had purchased 15 months before developed a fault, but due to extenuating circumstances I was unable to return for a further 9 months. It literally had one day of warranty left when they received it back from me. Matthew from zerkgamingmods was very understanding and repaired the mouse for me. Rarely do you find customer service like this. Matthew exceeded my expectations and should be publicly congratulated.
