I had a great experience with May, she assisted a client onsite with their phone system installation. Was very patient while we troubleshooted and was very helpful in providing the information required for remote support!

UAC is probably the best company that I had experienced compared to others. They are knowledgeable, very helpful and will update you in all sorts of communication. A big shout out to Natasha, Server, Bethany and Matt for their fantastic service. I enjoy working with them since I started.

Our support specialist Server was really helpful and very responsive via email/phone and resolved an ongonig issue of the portal resolved quickly for us.

Wow, I joined UAC 6 months ago and they haven’t put a foot wrong, in fact the opposite. James Jones and Bethany (my account managers) are always on hand to answer any questions and nothing is too much trouble for them… coupled with incredible products and services makes UAC a dream to deal with.

I had a friend who needed help with their Energy bill. I put him in touch with the UAC team who helped negotiate the best rates for his chosen supplier.
