Franchement c'est une dinguerie cette IA.
Ok elle est lente mais elle est vraiment balaise... Et gratuite.
Je la classe juste derrière Claude niveau code... Et bien devant les autres.

Furthermore, the company's billing system is non-refundable, and their customer support completely ignores performance-related complaints. Save your time and money-consider using OpenAI, Anthropic, or local open-source models instead.

I want to like it, I really do, but their latest update deleted all my chats and the edit text button and now the text of the chats I can access is all messed up as well. I have 3 accounts and can't access any of them. This keeps happening with updates and i'm half considering just giving up trying to make it work. I'm going back to writing stuff manually, this sucks.

This company cheats you nonstop.

I'm a penetration tester; I wanted to write an Nmap helper script so I wouldn't always have to rely on paid tools. I used a Metasploitable instance as a test target.

Despite repeated requests that the script wasn't working properly, the daily quota was used up three times, but no changes were made to the script to make it work.

Instead, the thing had the audacity to claim that the target wasn't vulnerable—a Metasploitable!!!

Then, as a solution, it was suggested to run the scan a second time using Nmap in addition to RustScan alone, just to verify the RustScan result!!!

So anyone who has even the slightest bit of trust in this company is hopelessly lost!

While it's free, and is 'good', almost all the time it gives the message "Currently in peak hours". This makes the site unusable.

It says it at 3 PM, 4 AM, 11 AM, always.

Pure garbage! I have no words to tell how frustrated I am with GLM 5.3 Flash. I was hoping it could replace my Claude and Codex subscriptions, but boy was I wrong!

My conversation at chat dot ai became permanently stuck on a loading
spinner after I uploaded a large file. The conversation is corrupted
server-side — even the public share link returns HTTP 500 internal
error.

I have tried ALL standard support channels:
- Emailed user feedback multiple times — NO response for weeks
- Tweeted at the official company handle publicly — NO response
- Submitted sales consultation form — NO response

The conversation contains critical work for my cashier application
project. Support is completely unresponsive to individual users.
This is unacceptable for a platform advertising enterprise AI services.

I am writing this review hoping the engineering team sees it and
either restores my conversation or at least removes the corrupted
file so I can access my text history again.

IT'S COMPLETELY UNUSABLE!!!! Absolute chinese piece of crap. I spend 90% of my time retrying failed requests, dealing with empty responses, getting randomly limited. Z AI is a total scam. I upgraded my plan and get like half of the usage I get with Codex and GPT. Stay away.

Mi sono iscritto al loro " GLM Coding Pro", 604.8$. L'ho provato su VSCode e pur essendoci nell'elenco come GLM, non funzionava. Così ho chiesto chiarimenti, per tutta risposta mi hanno cancellato come User ID.
In pratica non posso più utilizzare i miei fondi versati, semplicemente perchè non esisto più.
Denaro buttato al vento.
Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare il loro servizio.

"request has been blocked due to unusual activity." or "system busy" i get everytime i download ZCode, this is a mess, please delete z.ai.

If you are used to working with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, stay far away from this. I have never seen such ridiculous limits in my life. You literally cannot get anything done.

The limit runs out in a second, and to make matters worse, half of your tiny quota is wasted just on the AI trying to catch up and understand the context of what happened while it wasn't working.

On top of that, it completely fails to perform its actual tasks. It is so useless that I actually end up wasting my own tokens on other AIs just so they can figure out the mess this tool left behind and finish the work it started but couldn't complete. You are basically paying for a tool that forces you to use other tools to fix its mistakes.

This is not a working product; it's outright scammy and useless. Do not waste your money. Of course no support and no refunds.

GLM 5.2 is a lot better than DeepSeek, Kimi 3 is the worst of them. one of the most intelligent, instruction following, efficient AIs on the market. Western models are normie slop

No output to most requests. A simple questions caused it to endlessly think about Pokemon cards (completely unrelated to my question).

No matter what time of day you try to use the latest version of z.ai (GLM 5.2), you get the message “currently in peak hours,” even though you're a paying customer. The fact that the system sometimes uses very outdated data in its searches doesn't exactly speak well of this highly praised system. There are other options out there that are significantly better and more up-to-date, and the promised latest version is available through other providers. I wouldn’t want to use z.ai anymore.

Support quality is absolutely below zero.
I sent an email to the support team regarding a technical issue over ten days ago, but absolutely no one has responded.
New versions, such as GLM 5.2, are significantly weaker than previous iterations and completely inefficient.
Overall, it is neither worth buying nor worth your time, especially due to the blatant disrespect toward customers and the total lack of proper support.
Furthermore, they force users to adopt their preferred features. For instance, the platform persistently disrupts the user experience with unwanted pop-ups prompting an upgrade to GLM-5.2. If declined, these pop-ups continue indefinitely, blocking the screen and obstructing access to data.
This is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior....

Bisherige Erfahungen sind mit z.ai und dem model GLM-5.2 sind nicht schlecht in der Qualität aber das Angebot im größten Plan ist SCHLECHT !!! Limits sind extrem schnell aufgebraucht und das neuste Model GLM-5.2 kann nicht mal Vision !

Das Model GLM-5.2 derzeit Top Model ist an sich gut aber wie gesagt, das Preis und die Limits sind sehr Schlecht mitlerweile ! Überhype einfach nur hier !
Auch jetzt würde ich vermutlich dahergehend OpenAI empfehlen mit ChatGPT, limits sind deutlich besser und es kann auch viel mehr ! Die Qualität ist vergleichbar im Coden !

I FOUND Z.AI MUCH BETTER THAN GOOGLE / CHAT GPT AND GROK. I AM LOVING IT

This is not a reputable organisation.
They take your subscription and your money and then do not respond at all to support requests when things stop working.
Do not subscribe. You will lose money.
