Best accident management company in the business

Excellent Team and Service
The team at YS were very friendly and helpful, going out their way to make sure I had the best service possible. Provided an excellent hire vehicle to keep me mobile and provided updates as soon as possible. It was a very stress-free experience with YS and they managed to sort my claim in a fast manner.

The best service ever

Amazing service and great customer…
Amazing service and great customer service. Recovered vehicle within the hour of accident, provided me with a courtesy car instantly even though it was Christmas Eve and helped reassure me along the way with prompt responses. Recommend to anyone who gets into a ding

I had two claims with YS claims…
I had two claims with YS claims specialist can’t recommend anyone more than them from start to finish, they handled my claim professionally and efficiently. The team was responsive, kept me updated throughout the process any issues or questions i had was dealt with extra care and ensured everything was taken care of without any stress They arranged everything from repairs to a replacement vehicle with a brand new like for like vehicle also recovered my car from london to their garage in Birmingham free of charge and dropped the car off to london within few days repair seemed like a accident never happened factory finish with a complimentary wash and a full tank of course.
My second claim the car was deemed total loss got paid in full in no time more than i was expecting without spending a single penny on excess highly recommend YS Claims for their outstanding service and support! Best in the game don’t hope to be involved in another accident but will definitely use them all the time.
