Absolutely useless. You cannot contact anyone from the company. They turn up when you’re not expecting them, repeatedly try to take payment, although you’ve already agreed a payment date, then you get repeated messages, saying your windows will be cleaned tomorrow, when they’ve just cleaned them 3 days ago. Unprofessional, uncontactable, feels like a total scam. Also only turned up to do the first clean, in the rain, after I had cancelled the whole service. Do not msg me your nonsense, about contact us. The number is not in use, and the mobile number that sends the txts, is definitely a scam. You call the number, and it’s not even in English. A total con scam service. Check the postcodes they cover online, you’ll probably find that your postcode isn’t even on there! I’ve contacted my bank like many others, and blocked my card. Please, please, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS A SCAM.

Update: 14 Sep 2026

So since I’ve blocked my card, and they now have no access to my bank account, they put their generic reply in, the same number that nobody answers. Today I’ve received an email from them which was sent over a week ago, saying that they would love to close my account, but I need to pay my outstanding £20. As I’ve told them, the same van that was parked outside my house for no reason (had already cancelled the service) then after a few minutes, just drive off, can come back on the correct payment date, that was agreed, I will give them £20. No way will they be having any of my payment details. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Well I got signed up for my windows that was good .then first clean was good .the second clean got canceled and today they took payment and the window cleaner did not turn up I have been in all day .so tried to phone customer service no answer sent emails no reply so have notified my bank they have cancelled the subscription won't be using this company again.

Denisa was excpetional with her clean today. Really paid attention to detail and cleaned spots that were missed last time. Thank you

Very friendly and competent young lady named Denisa did our windows and doors. She navigated a quite complex series of windows and obstacles and managed to still do a great cleaning job. Well done.

Signed up for a 3 monthly clean but getting message after 2 weeks that they are coming to clean windows.
Unable to contact - they do not answer and do not reply to emails. Avoid at all costs!!! Someone will probably reply about getting in touch on here by calling 0333 000 2012 but load of bull! They do not answer this number!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! I signed up for a monthly clean, now 2 weeks later I get a msg to say they are cleaning my windows tomorrow, I didn’t sign up for fortnightly. I’ve tried calling emailing msgn on social media and not a single reply. On the app there’s no option to cancel so I’ve notified my bank with proof and if they start trying to take money from my bank the fraud team will get involved

I was charged for a service I haven't had done, and I reached out to the company and have not received a reply back.

Very poor service. I signed up and waited two months for my windows to be cleaned. The cleaner didnt clean the window properly so I cancelled the service (had to send 5 request through on the website) before there was no service on my dashboard. Then I receive a further charge for my windows being cleaned (again very poor and wasnt even dried so loads of water spots). I have again sent two requests through the website and called the number provided 10 times that juat rings out with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Very poor service. My advice is stay away.

I worked for this company for one year and it is a company that has absolutely no empathy or concern for it's employees or it's customers.
They are interested in numbers only not a sustainable professional service.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the wonderful people of Yorkshire on there doorstep and none of you deserve what this company falsely advertises. I have meet several customers of this company that had fallen on hard times and found it impossible to cancel and when I spoke with them I could see the stress within them and tears welling up in their eyes. This company had sent out an harassing individual to seek that money from them.
Customer service is impossible to get through to cancel half botched jobs or no attendance at all and they continue to charge you.
Management haven't the ability nor the perception or inward investment to improve or combat the current crisis that they are totally responsible for, and they should not be allowed to remain in their current state of organized disorder.

Dont use, they canvas at your door, cane on the Tuesday i signed up, windows to be done Thursday, weren't done, week after recieved a text saying windows to he cleaned thursday. Saw the van as I left for work, no windows cleaned again. Emailed a week ago and not a response. Baffling company who dont seem to want the work but come knocking at your door

Told me that they would be arriving that day and then cancelled.

When the operative came to clean my windows one was missed.

I politely emailed to ask for them to come back and had no response.

Someone finally came back and I said that I only want the one window cleaned that was missed and said that I don’t expect to be charged.

As the operative drove off I received a text asking me to pay my bill. Tried to login to my account and my password would not work. I tried to reset but never received email.

I received another text message asking to pay my bill and then another to say my account would be stopped if the bill was not.

I presume this is a franchise. I paid twelve pounds for a bungalow windows to be cleaned which took less than 15 minutes to do.

If I receive another text message I will be contacting trading standards.

We were charged full price for someone to arrive before seven thirty in the morning and squirt water at four windows at the front of the property, and then leave without requesting access to the rear of the house.
