Sent me a email saying great news they have concluded my claim has passed all criteria and binging passed to solicitors to claim my money back only to find out that the most important report was still not in the hands of the solicitors and actually after getting them to find this last report only then being told the claim was not worth pursuing it I feel very angry that the email that was sent to me very misleading not acceptable they should have waited and got all the reports before sending me emails instead of false hope do not use this company
