Disgusting rip off company
Literally the biggest rip off ever it’s actually disgusting. I thought it was bad enough when I moved up to Newcastle from Milton Keynes expecting to pay less being up north but instead getting charged £232 for electric and internet which is about 3 times what I was paying down south and I have now just had an email to say that when the year ends in May they will be putting my price up from £232 to £385.22. Honestly how do the owners sleep at night I am a single man who can barely get by as it is I’m genuinely so shocked an appalled by this company and of course I will not be renewing or ever using you again.

We talk they listen and do an exelent job of paying your utilty bills,this is a good thing when you live on your own as you have a lot of things to consider with what little money you have as a OAP and let them do the sums and you pay once a month so that adds up to at least for bills you dont need to worry about,

That was probably the least stressful phone call I’ve had regarding sorting out utility bills. I honestly can’t stand talking to different networks trying to get the best deal to keep my bills low. I find it frustrating and time consuming. This place does it all and are very professional too.
I had a chap called Shantho deal with my package deal and he was brilliant. He was very patient, polite, helpful and efficient. He honestly was a nice man and made it fool proof for me at my request. There are several different package options. It is all very person centred and tailored to suit the individual households needs. I am very excited about my unlimited energy package. This is now peace of mind for me that I can be warm all year around if I choose! Thank shantho you are a diamond!!!!

I spoke with Isabelle this morning and she was amazing, this was this first time dealing with something like this since moving out of my parents home and Isabelle has no problem answering all of my questions, she was so lovely!!

Not Fit For Purpose
Without validating the accuracy of information received from a Letting Agent, they notified a Council and utility companies that I was a Tenant at a fraudulent address making me liable to pay all bills. No Tenancy Agreement existed, nor had I ever lived at the fraudulent address! This is the second incident of malpractice by this company. On a previous incident One Utility instructed Anglian Water to close my account when I was still living in my home of five years. There were no arrears with Anglian Water, and due to ill health, I am on their Priority Services Register. It should also be noted that I am NOT a customer of One Utility. These incompetent fools blindly act on inaccurate instructions from Letting Agents. My advice to the many other victims of One Utility is to retain all communication with them in writing, complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if they have breached your personal data and definitely raise a complaint with the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. Also, there are several legal firms who will pursue compensation on your behalf on a Conditional Fee Arrangement (no-win-no-fee basis).
Wishing you all the best and do not let rogue companies such as One Utility escape justice.
