A big scam, quality and service are really bad. Please don’t buy from here

Clearly a scam. All I receive from ‘Rico’ from their team is that I need to rest assured he’ll look into it. Order placed Nov 11th, fake Royal Mail tracking number provided, this company is clearly a scam and I suspect the positive reviews are part of it.

UPDATE: I received the item after 6 weeks after having disputed the claim via my credit company. The print was really cute and overall happy with the product itself, but the lack of updates (I was never notified of any delays until I reached out to customer service) and the fact that my order was only processed after having started a dispute really soured the shopping experience. Additionally, the order was delivered in 30 BUSINESS DAYS, not 10-19 business days as advertised.

I placed an order on Nov 6, it is now December 8 (22 business days have passed) and after contacting customer service they told me my order is still being processed and they will send a tracking number once the order is shopped. Mind you I had already received a tracking number on November 26 so their excuse doesn’t even make sense. I requested they cancel my order and will claim the money back via my credit company.

Scam.

Emails back and forth with promises of a refund if not shipped by x date. No updates on order place weeks ago and now refusing to refund.

I ordered 6th November - got an update 26th November parcel on its way. Checked the Royal Mail tracking number and it’s FAKE. Wrote to them and they just said “ I’m truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. Let me check this for you right away and escalate it to the team to get a resolution”. I expect this will be a run around. DO NOT USE! What a scam right before Christmas!

I ordered on the 19th of November.
I have emailed to ask where and how long the order will take to be delivered.
This is the reply I received this morning …….

I am disappointed as it seems the order is yet to be processed 18 days later.
I have emailed again to chase up exact date from delivery.
It clearly isn’t going to arrive before Christmas even though I ordered it in time to arrive.
Baring a miracle it is going to happen.
I wish I had checked reviews before ordering- I always do for anything I buy online. I can’t believe how the first time I don’t this happens.
I’m not going to call it a scam but I will say it’s a disappointing experience.
I hope to update this review with a positive experience but I’m not sure if it will happen after reading recent reviews. I am staying positive though as it is almost Christmas and it is the season of goodwill and miracles………….🤞

I have still not received my order dispite waiting more than month. I asked few times. They are refusing to refund my money dispite not delivering what i ordered. Their last message to me was that i should not send them messages which is a pure threat. I will report this to the relevant body and in the meantime please do not order anything from this scammers. They are scammers, deffinitely not a company that follows good customer service and supplier practices. You can see in all their replies below that they are aggressive which is relevant for scammers.

This sweatshirt was bought due to the advertising on Instagram. First we thought it was a scam, probably due to the lots of bad reviews (which come from hasty people that don't know the principle of holidays and delayed shipping...). But after waiting roughly 3.5 weeks we finally got the sweatshirt. I'm really happy with it, the quality's pretty good and the illustration of my dog is amazing. I can't upload photos here, so I'm sorry for that.

Ik had me weer eens laten verleiden door een Instagram advertentie. Natuurlijk nergens reviews gelezen en gelijk een hoodie besteld voor mijn man. Eerst kreeg ik niks te horen behalve een bestelbevestiging. Toen heb ik reviews opgezocht en.. paniek! Kon nergens wat vinden, behalve negatieve recensies. Had ze gemaild en via Instagram een bericht gestuurd en ze zeiden dat ze alles goed hadden ontvangen en dat het zo snel mogelijk verstuurd werd. Kreeg toen geen verzendbevestiging dus dacht dat het toch nooit zou komen. Volgende dag had ik een Track and Trace die niet geupdate werd. Hoop ondertussen al opgegeven. 4 weken na bestellen kwam de hoodie toch binnen en hij is echt super mooi! Het is geen winter trui want de stof is niet super dik, maar de opdruk is wel echt mooi. Man helemaal blij met zijn hoodie van zijn eerstgeboren kind (labrador..) was een vervroegd kerstcadeau omdat ik natuurlijk niet kan wachten tot kerst. Ze reageren snel via Instagram DM en ben er zelf ook echt blij mee! :) (Kan helaas geen foto uploaden maar ik ben een echt persoon, geen bot ofzo haha.)

I'm unfortunately getting the same treatment as everyone else 49pounds out of pocket and no present for my mum

Hello i ordered sweater on November 13 and today I received my sweatshirt already and I’m so happy with quality and design, at first when I ordered I didn’t read reviews in trust pilot, but after reading it I started be afraid when the quality will be bad and even maybe I will not receive order but I did and quality is so good thanks you so much, I don’t know why people write bad reviews in here or I was just lucky. I hope my girlfriend will enjoy this Christmas gift☺️ I give 4 out of 5 because I was requesting change designs on sleeves because I put wrong design and you replied ( No problem, I’ve updated it for you in the system.) but when I received it’s not updated it’s still the same design but it’s still looking so good not perfect but good🩷

The whole thing is a complete scam. I'm not even sure this company exists.

Order on November 18, now Dec. 5 and still nothing. Ask for an unpdate got answered that "delays were up to 15 days". I finally received something one month later.

Spolier alert: it is nothing mike what I ordered !

I ask for a refund and they told me I need to return the product and pay the shipment fees. Their address is in China and the shipment fee is almost 30€ when I paid 45€ for the product. That said, I am loosing 30 euros which I won't.

SOOOOOOO HAPPY to read these reviews!! i was placing my christmas order - i will now DELETE! Keep being Honest and writing these reviews so we can stop these scammers!!

I ordered an embroidered cat hoodie for my friends birthday with plenty of time given their promise of delivering between 12-16 working days. It’s now been 24 working days, over a month- with no delivery.

I was not given a delivery number and although the customer service team were responsive with kind and encouraging words, no order number was supplied so that I could track my order, nor notification of expected delivery date.

I understand the great demand as the product seems like a lovely gift but I would not trust an ordered done now to be completed before Christmas after my experience.

I ordered the item on the 17th November and to date (2nd December) I haven't received an update despite your confirmation email stating delivery ranges from 8 to 16 days. I have emailed and contacted their Instragram with no reply. Most of the comments on their Instagram report the same issue with many never receiving their order. This is a scam.

Absolut schreckliche Erfahrungen mit Youpup.
Ich habe am 10. November bestellt und weder eine Tracking Nummer noch Updates seit dem bekommen. Der "Support" über E-Mail vertröstet einen immer nur mit Standart Floskeln und geht gar nicht auf die Anliegen ein. Mal heißt es das Paket ist unterwegs, dann frag ich nach einer Tracking Nummer, dann heißt es wieder, das Produkt ist nicht nicht Versand.
Absolut unzuverlässig, undurchsichtig und mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Scam.
Versuche jetzt noch auf eine Erstattung zu erzielen. Falls das nicht geht werde ich Shopify über den scam informieren und weitere Schritte einleiten.

I ordered more than one month ago. The website states "orders should arrive in 8-16 days of ordering".

When I contacted the company to query they called me the wrong name, which made me wonder if they were even looking at the right order.

Then I did get a shipping email saying it was dispatched - but the code didn't work. I queried that with them. Their first reply was:

"Thank you for your patience. I can confirm that your order is in progress and will be shipped shortly. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number via email".

I pointed out they had sent me a separate email that said it was shipped so I was confused. Their reply to that was:

"It seems there may have been an error with the shipping notification for your order."

So essentially it has been 22 days, my order may or may not have been made or shipped, I was sent a shipping confirmation that is probably not right and they don't know my name.

I do not have much faith in getting this order given my experience and the other reviews.

UPDATE: The sweatshirt arrived after 36 days and it is very disappointing and nothing like the ad:

The style of the embroidery is very poor – it is cartoony and basic. It looks nothing like the style in the ad which is detailed and realistic and looks just like the pets.
The text and photo are very small on our shirt - the ones in the ad are large
The shirt is dirty – it came covered in debris
The fabric is paper-thin

Dreadful. Product took ages to come. Looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. The website also says love your jumper or your money back. I hated my jumper so asked for my money back and they have refused to do so.

At no point was I given a return address
I highlighted the fact that the website says "love your jumper or your money back" but this is intact false advertising, as their "policy" doesn't allow for refunds.

Trust me. You want to avoid this company.

Terrible experience with youpup. After getting spammed with their Instagram ads decided to give it a go. Bought a custom jumper for £50 and it arrived with faulty text. To get a refund they refused to cover postage back to China which was £17 so now I'm stuck with a terrible quality faulty item. Don't do it, it's not worth it
