Took 2 months to arrive. Made to believe it's a UK company. Use other companies photos and videos on their socials. Finally came, the material is very poor quality, no tag, 'made in China' on the collar. The embroidery is poor and completely random colours. Do research before you order from here and reconsider.

DO NOT BUY. Order took over a month to arrive, it's printed in China (literally says in the collar of the sweater + does not look hand sewn at all) and looks absolutely nothing like the reference photo. I was so excited to gift this to my partner and now I feel completely embarrassed with it being both late (I ordered it in NOVEMBER) and the quality is so bad. They also got the size wrong as well, ordered a large and they give me extra large.

Ordered Dec 11th. Emailed multiple times get no firm answer on when it would be shipped. I can see from usps I have no packages being delivered in the next 5 days. Asked for refund guess what no refunds. AVOID!!!

Avoid this company - ordered on 30th November. Kept being advised that it would arrive by Christmas. Had an email saying it had left them on Christmas Eve - ie it had been despatched before Christmas even though I would obviously not receive it. However tracking still shows it hasn't been received by Royal Mail.

Not sure if this is a scamming company or they just have really awful business practices and no customer services. There are so many companies out there now doing this kind of product so I would avoid this one and choose a company which has a track record of delivering on time / at all.

Still dubious as to whether the item will ever arrive and will be going to my bank for a charge back to get my money refunded.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered on 30th November and the guidelines for delivery said it would be in time for Xmas . Was told it would be delivered on a 48hr postage via Royal Mail
Indicating it was made in this country. I have now been told by customer services that the parcel has still got 7 days before it leaves China meaning a mid Jan delivery. I won’t hold my breath on the quality I am expecting. Please don’t make my mistake and avoid this company !!!!

The ordering process was easy and my wife loves the end product. Well made and a great likeness of our pooch that my wife adores. One star knocked off as it arrived after Christmas despite being ordered on 30th November and emails from the company were a little confusing. Well worth the wait though

I ordered and custom sweater. After reading the reviews I thought the website was a total scam and tried to cancel my order in which I was told wasn't possible. To my suprise, my seater actually arrived about a month later.

The product was of lower quality than I was led to believe from their Instagram page. It was promoted as a handcrafted good and I was under the impression it was locally made (which would match the high price tag). From the packaging it seems to be an outsourcing job completed via a Chinese company. Not the worst and still quite cute, but not quite worth £50.

Mein Pullover ist nach langer Wartezeit (über einen Monat) aus China angekommen.
Der Stick war unsauber und fehlerhaft, darüber hinaus wurde die falsche Größe geliefert. Das enttäuschendste jedoch war der Portraitstick. Er entsprach überhaupt nicht dem Vorbild, sah plump und billig aus. Die Werbung ist stark irreführend.
Nach direkter Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir eine Rückerstattung angeboten, wenn ich den Sweater auf eigene Kosten wieder nach China zurücksende, was über 40 € kosten würde.

Rückerstattungen also, wenn überhaupt, nur unter hohen Selbstkosten möglich.

Seitdem keinerlei Antwort mehr.

Ich rate dringend vom Kauf ab.

UPDATE: Klarna hat mir am 28.01.25 eine volle Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gewährt. Es hat den Fall demnach als Scam eingestuft, was als positives Signal an alle Betroffenen zu verstehen ist.

This would be zero stars if possible. Sadly I didn’t read the reviews so I join the 70%+ who have given it 1 star!

Order placed on 2nd December and am now outside the delivery of 10-19 days. Busy period or not, it is YouPup’s responsibility to meet the demand and upscale where needed to meet their own claims!

Product has not yet been received and I do not remain hopeful for the quality based from these other comments.

Avoid at all costs.

Item finally arrived, but the quality of the product is shocking.

Poor stitching, the 'pup' resembles nothing like the photo that was submitted. Really blocky and bland and zero detail. Looks like a black splat!

Loose thread and the holes for the 'R' and 'P' are just filled in with thread, when they should be the colour of the jumper!

Now attempting to get a refund. One remains hopeful!

Shocking service, delivery took over a month.

Firstly the hoodie took weeks to arrive.

More importantly the quality is very poor. The image I supplied of my Dog (Barnaby) was obviously not used when they produced the embroiderd the photo.

The example ones used for marketing are much greater and detailed than the one you will evidently receive.

Got a little worried after reading some reviews here… Ordered a hoodie on the 26th of november and it came in the mail the 23rd of December. Quality isn’t too good, but it is a fun gift!

Ik had een trui besteld op 21 november in het roze met onze poes op , ik dacht eerst dat ik mij laten vangen had , kreeg geen track en trace en had daarna ook negatieve revieuws gelezen maar nee hoor ik kreeg iets later een track en trace van de vertrek tot vandaag juist voor kerst, en is netjes geleverd ! En onze poes staat er heel mooi op net zoals op hun site . Ben blij met mijn bestelling ! Hier heel positief

Ik had een hoodie met chihuahua opdruk besteld. Toen ik iets te lang niets hoorde heb ik contact opgenomen met klantenservice en kreeg meteen vriendelijk antwoord. Zij verzekerde me dat het snel zou komen. Toen product binnen kwam was het heel mooi maar ontdekte ik een vlekje op de mouw. Mij werd beloofd een nieuwe toe gestuurd te krijgen en dat is ook gebeurt. Super! Ik mocht die met het vlekje houden. Prima service. Als contact opneemt via mail met hun klantenservice is er niets aan de hand.

I paid around £60 for a custom hoodie in November so I can have it as an Xmas present, it’s now 23rd of December and the item hasn’t arrived and Royal Mail has been waiting for it for around 5 days now on the tracking number, seems like a scam website

Worst customer service, cheap product, long wait, unpleasant smell.

Ordered on 22 November and still didn’t receive anything…
The tracking info says it’s still in china

I ordered on 27th of november. I got a confirmation mail of my order, but never got a delivery. I send a mail to complain but apparently there's nobody home.

Ich habe, wie viele, gedacht dass es ein Scam wäre, meine Packung ist leider zu spät, aber trotzdem angekommen. Insgesamt ist die Qualität nicht gut, definitiv schlechter als auf den Bilder, ist sloppy, fäden hängen an manche Stellen, jedoch je nach Schriftfarbe eine davon ist eigentlich ganz schön rausgekommen, die anderen mittelmäßig bis schlecht.. da würde ich dunklere Farben für die Schrift empfehlen.

Die Lieferung kam viel zu spät, die Qualität des Sweatshirt Druckes mangelhaft. Ein übler muffiger Geruch geht von der Ware aus, Die Stickerei deutlich minderwertiger als auf den Internet Bildern. Der Kundenservice behauptet, ihrerseits sei kein Fehler unterlaufen, und da die Ware personalisiert sei, gäbe es keine Erstattung.
