Non compratela pubblicità invasiva che non permette la visione delle cam per che cavolo le ho prese allora continue richieste di abbonamenti lasciate perdere andate su altre Marche disinstallate e buttate via.. .5 ne avevo inutilizzabili

Il est IMPOSSIBLE de résilier l'abonnement Cloud mensuel ! Depuis des mois je me bas avec eux pour obtenir une résiliation car je n'ai plus besoin du Cloud (caméra cassée). Ils valident la demande mais continuent de débiter ma CB chaque mois. J'ai fait une trentaine de réclamations mais ne reçois que des réponses automatiques me proposant 3 mois gratuits (WTF ?). Ce sont des escrocs !!! FUYEZ

Prima la compri e poi ti chiedono abbonamenti a pagamento per non parlare delle pubblicità... Statene alla larga!

I bought this camera on Amazon thinking that it was a great camera when you trying to load your application all these ads coming up it's ridiculous you purchased the camera on your Wi-Fi why should we be getting all these ads I'm going to disconnect my camera and buy me another camera that don't have to deal with ads there's a total junk

When I first bought the cameras they were fantastic. And then they decided to put full page ads that you cannot exit out of and cannot access your camera footage in an emergency. App glitches out every time i use it and shows my car that’s been gone for over a year still parked out front half the time. By far one of the worst companies out there.

Au début j'étais satisfait de mes quatre caméras extérieures et intérieure mais il est maintenant totalement impossible d'afficher les images en raison des publicités qui s'affichent et qu'il est impossible de contourner sans acheter un abonnement.

Grosse arnaque, au début l'application fonctionnait sans pub après l'achat des caméras puis petit à petit l'application est devenue payante avec des pubs qui vous harcèlent et l'obligation de souscrire à un abonnement pour visualiser les replay. J'ai quand même souscrit en optant pour l'abonnement sans engagement et là malgré plusieurs écrits au support YII, impossible de résilier l'abonnement, aucun bouton, on me répond, à chaque fois à côté me proposant des remises, des mois gratuits. Je n'en ai pas besoin, je veux tout simplement résilier, impossible poir l'instant. Ce qui est dommage c'est que les caméras fonctionnent très bien, très décevant.

Had a number of these cameras for many years, they were originally very good and was so pleased that I took out a yearly subscription.
They took my money, then they took it out again about 4 days later, I contacted them and asked for it to be refunded as I had not authorised the second payment.
They refused and said they would add a second year subscription. After a number of emails I eventually was given a refund after saying that I would go to my credit card company to ask for a charge back.

Shortly after I decided to start replacing my YI with a different make as I was finding it very difficult to view recordings because of the amount of adverts put in your way on the app, it was taking longer & longer to view anything.
I now only have one YI camera I have not replaced & tried to view that this morning on the app, after 15 mins of clicking to view the recording all I was getting were 30 second adverts, one after the other. I have now given up and written this review and will replace this camera as well.
It is a shame they are good cameras.

Vergonzoso. Ponen publicidad hasta que prácticamente inutilizan la app gratuita (que has pagado con la compra de las cámaras) si no quieres suscribirte. Comprad otra marca!!!

I would never recommend this produce they got pop ups and you rarely get to see your cameras without pop up interferences. I regrete i have them. Don't waste your money, buy anything else or regret it like me.

L' app notifica che c'è un aggiornamento firmware. Aggiorno e la camera si è briccata, non si resetta neanche con il tasto di reset.

I'd like to join the many other reviewers here by you another 1 Star for your perseverance & consistency to be the worst WiFi security camera provider. As soon as my additional new Netvue security camera, arrives my Yi security camera is destined for the trash can! TOO MANY ADS!

Publicidad continúa y abusiva que impide ver las cámaras. Insisten en planes de pago y a la vista del resultado actual, es pagar para poder usar lo que gas comprado. Esto se llama SECUESTRO Y EXTORSIÓN
Voy a quitar las cámaras.
Hay otras opciones más normales.

Yi cameras are garbage and they send you so many offers and notifications, its ridiculous. Do not buy their product ever ,the worst cameras you can buy

Glad to have now dumped all Yi cameras in dustbin. The app is unusable with continuous intrusive ads and pop ups - wish I had never wasted my money.
