Exceeded expectations
Communication prior to the move was professional, prompt, friendly and informative. Unlike other firms I did not feel pressured to use their services with constant calls despite the move being delayed by several weeks from when I first enquired. On the day they were late arriving but they kept me informed throughout the process and sent extra people to make sure it was still completed on time. The team on site were friendly, professional and efficient. I wasn’t there for the actual move but they sent photos of items that were damaged prior to the move (as in damaged before they arrived) to avoid any confusion later. I had asked them to pack part of my stuff on the day which they did efficiently and with due care and attention. When I arrived in the evening everything had been put in the correct rooms, it was all labelled logically, furniture had been put back together correctly. When I texted to say I couldn’t find something they were instantly able to send a photo to say exactly where it was which was above and beyond my expectations. The carpets were all spotless so they must have protected them effectively. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
