I purchased items from this company and they failed to deliver. Their tracking system stated I received the package which I didn’t. They say it was delivered at a certain time, date, and when I looked at my door camera, no activity took place at the time specified. I asked for photo confirmation, which they couldn’t provide. Twenty six emails later, they stated that they will give me back 10% of my purchase, or basically nothing at all. This company is based in Hong Kong and I have the address. This is a total scam so please be careful if you’re thinking of using this company, to buy any items as you won’t receive anything, and they will keep your monies. The person I was dealing with was called Lucy, and she is very dismissive.

Aliposs said it was delivered. The package never arrived, this site is a complete scam.

Ordered in May and haven’t received anything in return. Not even an email confirmation. ZERO STARS.

**2nd UPDATE** I reached out to them again regarding the refund and once again was told they were urgently processing the refund, to be patient. It's now been 3 more weeks and still no refund! Not that I'm desperate for the $9 refund, it's the principal of it.

*UPDATE* Just like other customers, they also offered me a 30% refund. 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for that as well as the package they still claim was delivered.

I wish I had seen reviews prior to being scammed! I bought a nugget ice machine for $30. They claimed free s/h and delivery within 1 week. Great right? Wrong! Once I started to place the order they charged me $7.95 for s/h. Ok, not a problem for a nice ice machine. I sort of smelled a problem right away when I didn't have confirmation of my order. After the 1 week, still no confirmation and no order. I reached out to them, they replied that the order would be delivered in 2 days & a tracking link in Chinese(translated to English). Now here I sit after 22 days with the tracker showing delivered to my home address but no package. And they haven't responded to my last 2-3 emails asking where my order is. I guess I'll just have to pay full price for an ice machine and have a lesson learned.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered two rocking camp chairs from them. They had a delivery thread for me to follow. It never gave me any US tracking once it 'supposedly' cleared customs. After it was supposedly delivered I waited a few days to contact them, after checking with my neighbors, USPS and UPS. They gave the excuse that it showed to be delivered to my address but could not and would not give me any US delivery service information. I have been battling their 'customer service' contact for nearly a month now. They are now ghosting me completely

I ordered chairs and I have not received my chairs yet and I am asking them for a refund and they are not even responding . I’m going to turned them into the Better Business Bureau

Total scam claimed they shipped the product, even went so far as creating a fake tracking trail.
They claimed product delivered but no proof other than their own fake tracking.
Refuse to respond or refund money.
Avoid buying from them.

SCAM!! Ordered power station which gave a tracking number and said it was delivered but never received it. Don't buy anything they are SCAMMERS!!!

I bought 2 power banks and a solar panel from them. It took 3 weeks for them to say it was delivered but it never was. I've been emailing them back and forth and they will only refund me 30% of my order. They can not tell me who the carries was or even bother to look into it more. There package tracker is in Chiness and hard to understand. The fact that wont try to track it down is a red flag. Don't but from them...EVER!

This is a review for the Aliopss company. Had tracking all the way until it said it was delivered, but it was NEVER delivered. I have a ring camera so I would know if someone brought me a package or not. Plus it was a golf bag and golf balls so it would have definitely been delivered to my door and not my mailbox. Customer support says "oh it says it was delivered. Nothing we can do" Really?!? So you can just use a fake tracking and report it as delivered with NO PROOF or anything and "its out of your hands, nothing you can do"?!? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a fraud. They have a fake tracking software and you never receive any proof of delivery. When you follow up about the issue all you get is a screen shot of the fake tracking screen and they state you should check with carrier and neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address on the same email it states the package was delivered to my address. If you want to give money away try your local non-profit.

I saw the advertisement on Facebook for a propane deep fryer. Oder in April and received a payment received order shipped notification. May 21/26 received notice of delivery with a tracking number. Of course no package and tracking number invalid. After fairly six back and forth emails they offered to refund me 30% of my money. After asking were they stupid, they then offered me 50% 0f my money. Finally did another check and found that they will rarely send orders, and steal from consumers. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

I can't find my package when I track it it bs has been going on since May 2026. You need to do better business. And use a carrier that lets you know where your stuff is.

Very poor communication, never received my package. Will not help me with a tracking number that is valid in the USA so i at least know which parcel carrier to contact. Was told to check with my neighbors??? WTF. It was supposed to be shipped to my work address , they tell me it was delivered on 5-10-26 which was a Sunday, business is not open on Sunday's. Don't be the next fool , DO NOT deal with this company.

Ordered a golf bag. They sent a tracking number and everything looked great. I was on vacation then the tracking said it arrived. It never came I have ring cameras and it was never delivered. They offered me 60% refund.
