Paid for a service that caused nothing but stress on moving day. The team arrived two hours late, after the 1pm deadline to vacate our flat. Realising they would arrive after when we had to be out we ended up moving most of the flat ourselves a into the lobby as they didn't communicate this.

After arriving after we had to have had the flat clear we were then told, last minute, as they were preparing to depart at 3:30 that two boxes of alcohol wouldn't be moved for religious reasons. Fine in principle, but we should have been warned in advance, instead we paid for a taxi to transport them ourselves.

Several items arrived covered in dirt and grime, and our hoover and office chair were broken beyond use.

A £30 discount, which barely covers the taxi we had to pay for ourselves, was the only compensation offered. Damage isn't even accounted for. Disgraceful communication and service from start to finish. Avoid.

I recently used this moving company and had a really good experience overall.

There was a slight delay in the morning because the driver had some unexpected circumstances and couldn’t make the originally agreed time. However, they kept me informed, communication was clear, and he arrived about an hour later as updated.

Everything else went very smoothly. All my belongings were handled with care and arrived safely. The team was professional and easy to deal with.

I’d happily use them again and would recommend them

Lucas went above and beyond to make sure my move from london to Scotland was done on the day arranged ,even though his drivers father died that morning, he made sure he got someone else to cover and he wasn't a driver but still got me moved to Scotland arriving early hours and unloaded to turn around and drive back to London straight away .Excellent guys and first class customer service .would definitely use the. Again and price was very reasonable too

Lucas and his team were amazing, we had a lot of boxes, bags and furniture to be assembled and disassembled and they were very punctual and incredibly helpful with our complicated move. They are incredibly reasonable price wise & were the best we could find with the best service ! Would highly reccomend.

I found Yeg by a lucky accident, and happened to be the best choice by far amongst a long list of other providers I searched for our move (a 2 bed flat, we packed all ourselves but needed help moving from there). They had the best price, didn’t charge by hour which gave me confidence price wouldn’t change dramatically, had insurance and we’re very friendly.

I broke my arm and was super anxious about how moving flats would be in that condition.

The team was super efficient and friendly. They started packing everything at 7 am and by 1:30 pm all the boxes were already at the new flat. It was a three bedroom flat and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Very happy with their service and highly recommended it.

Wouldnt recommend this company....i had to move a few heavy items to my sons first flat who is a vunrable person with disorders....they gave me the quote and stated this will be the final cost no hidden extras as we charge per item..money was tight for my son so i basically wanted a man and van.i detailed this and also tried to keep communication going however they arrived late,the two guys lifting could barely speak english so that was hard to make them understand and then when they delivered they added extra onto price and then started arguing about it....obvs i was forced to pay or have my sons stuff left in the street so now he has to go without food for a week.they were told it was a tight budget but did it anyway.....extremely unprofessional and rude company.obvs when moving things change alot.disgusting!

These guys are great. They are affordable, professional, and friendly. Moving is such an expensive thing and when I was looking for movers I was getting quoted prices that would leave me in the black. Then these guys quoted me and the price was fantastic. No exorbitant costs. The guys arrived on time, dismantled my wardrobe and bed in less than an hour and packed everything in perfectly. When we arrived at the new house they unloaded and reassembled all my furniture in great time. I was very happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving.

Everything went well on the day of moving. They were professional and got the job done. There was good communication via whatsapp to let me know when they were 15 minutes away which helped me be prepared. Nothing was broken and my belongings were handled with care by Gustavo and Adilson. Would recommend!
