Xplore has become an amazingly improved customer-focused company over the past five years. You answer calls quickly, your agents are both knowledgeable and personable, pricing has been fair and the overall level of service has been completely acceptable. Xplore has become a much better company. I am a satisfied customer.

We have a summer home in West St. Andrews NS, and needed a good internet service. Xplore net is just the right fit. We installed in 2023. We have solid internet and wifi to stream movies to our fire tv stick. We can also temporarily disable our accountvwhen we are away. Great service, I highly recommend.

I live in St.Mary’s NL and reception for radio and stuff is bad but NOT my signal for Xplorenet internet , very satisfied it does everything I want it to with absolutely zero complaints.

I was excited to have internet at my new place and found the experience to be awesome. From having every step of the process explained to me and the two technicians who came to do the install were nothing short of knowledgeable, personable and very professional. We have really been enjoying your service when we are up at our house up North. The streaming is fast and effective and better even than when we started with you. It means a great deal to us to still be well connected with the outside world!!! Also in May we were going up to our place and I had forgotten to reinstate your service. I was able to do it on my cell phone and have it operational when we arrived a few hours later. Just fantastic!!!

The agent who took my call was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was patient and answered my many questions. She arranged our service upgrade for the day following my request . The technician was well trained, friendly and helpful.

I have been with Xplornet for 9 years now and generally the product and service has been excellent. My only negative complaint is like ALL other companies they offer great discounts to new customers but their long standing existing customers do not receive these deals. I guess this is how the world does business now.

As far as satellite internet goes, I'm happy with Xplore. They're fast at responding to my technical issues and helped resolve things quickly. Since they launched the newer satellites, I'm glad that we can have high speed internet in remote areas.

I have been a customer since 2005 and have had reliable service 99% of the time.

The service delivered often exceeds the plan I'm subscribed to and downtime is minimal at our location.

Any time there's been a technician on site they've been great to deal with and make sure all my concerns are addressed before leaving.

I should also mention I'm aware of many in my area that don't share my views but to be fair their issues are usually caused by topography (obstructions in line-of-site) and not the system itself.

I have used their service for a number of years. My main concern with internet service is dependability. I depend on internet service every minute of every day and their service is 100 percent dependable. Their speed is great and I have unlimited data so how can you get better than that.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Xplore at our seasonal property over the past several years. Having the option to suspend the service over the winter months for a minimum cost is so valuable to me. Using the online application to start and stop this process is a breeze.

Timing of the service. I called yesterday and the appt was made for the next day, unlike the Satellite Company(Shaw) which will take until late next week to show up!!

Working from home in the country, I need and have high speed internet with Xplore. Great customer service and knowledgeable friendly techs. Thank you.

Living in the country our internet options are few. Xplore has been our service provider for a few years now. We leave the country every winter and when we return it seems there is always a technical issue requiring a visit from an exterior service contractor to rectify the problem.
The support staff at Xplore try their best and give good service
But sometimes it's more than can be fixed over the phone.
