Horrid signal, horrid service. Signal was bad before the new tower move and now it's worse. My wifi is fine, it's xplore signal that's bad. By the time I got an authenticater pin for an account, the pin was expired. Watching a movie and it cuts out at least 4 times. I told the person on the phone, it isn't every minute, so she said it's fine now. I said what am I suppose to do? Call when it happens again. She said "yea".It did cut out, 5 minutes after I hung up. The problem is, Xplore is the only
service available in my area. What am I and others in my area suppose to do? Paying $93.00 a month for this frustration.

Our installer, Troy, was extremely professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and carefully explained what we had to do next while providing phone numbers to call in case we encountered difficulties.

The gentleman who guided me through the installation process was very patient despite the fact that I made a number of silly errors that prolonged the setup.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the process.

Service Rep answered all my questions in detail and suggested a new modem with faster speeds.

I was recently phished in an email regarding my payment to Xplore. Recognizing the phish I called Xplore. Customer service was amazing in helping me report the issue,is nice to be able to talk to a representative so quickly, who is knowledgeable and so very very friendly. Kudos.

I’m pleased with my service with Xplore, and when I need help, the representatives are kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I’ve been with them for a few years now and I am quite happy with my provider.

The booking was made by phone and was very seemless. The technician showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. After checking the system, he was very concise on how the system worked along with its advantages and disadvantages which were acceptable. Overall, an excellent experience!

Having 3 issues or changes I. needed assistance with I had to deal with 3 seperate agents who all performed their respective duties with the utmost kindness,knowledge patience and professionalism. Kudos to Xplore for their employee selection particularly with these 3 whom deservedly should be recognized for their exemplary service and representation of this company!!! Thumbs up 👍👍👍
