Not received any goods I ordered and paid for no communication whatsoever

Didn't receive my order for 3 weeks, the customer service not answering on emails, and Facebook messages. Will try to get refund. Rubbish seller.

My subscriptions haven't arrived for 3 months. The orders all say processing but nothing arrives

My least repeat order was processed but not dispatched, neither did it arrive. I have emailed two different xbrain accounts and am yet to hear back.

Appalling. Order paid for on the 1st May (it is now the 30th). No delivery and no responses to my 3 emails to their support address to chase up whereabout.

I made an order on 28.04.2026 still not received it 3 weeks later ive sent 4 emails still no replies there is no phone number to call the item i ordered was £44 i feel that i have been scammed

XBrain has been a great addition to my daily routine. I’m in my mid-40s, and I noticed I was forgetting small things more often. Ordered, never dispatched

This company charged me for two subscription items without sending the items. I have sent emails to them asking for a refund or the items without sending no response. This isn’t the first time either. I will not use this company again.

There appeared to be some blue leakage in the packaging (?moisture) which I checked out with the company, however they did not respond. Delivery was prompt and I assume that the quality is not affected.

Customer Service at Xbrain is non-existent. They never reply to emails and there’s no other way of contacting them.

The Troscriptions products are fantastic but I can’t understand why a company as good as Troscriptions has chosen such a TERRIBLE UK distributor.

In the time frame I have been using the product, I have noticed an optimistic increase in my memory and energy levels. This excites me!!!! Glad I found you!!!!

Ho recentemente fatto una recensione negativa per il servizio perché gli articoli da me acquistati sembrava non arrivassero più e non mi veniva data nessuna informazione. Alla fine ho ricevuto tutto e devo dire che il prodotto è veramente ottimo. Sono molto più attivo, più attento mi sento veramente bene, mi sento di consigliarlo. Dovrebbero essere più veloci nelle consegne e soprattutto rispondere alle mail in caso di ritardi. Il prodotto di cui parlo è ilBRAINX

Ordered and charged to my card but no product received. Scam website stuff here. Shop elsewhere.

I placed two orders over a week ago and no confirmation of order no delivery details or tracking number. I don't even think they processed my order at all and it's all paid for. I think they just took my money and ran.

So grateful to have found a UK company that sells Trozzz and my whole experience with XBrain was excellent. Delivery was prompt and my supplement was well packaged. I would recommend both Trozzz and XBrain to anyone considering either.
