My experience with WYDR studios shoes was extremely helpful, I emailed them with help getting my shoe size correct and they guided me with ease and patience, and I'm glad to say, found my correct sizing, I'm one happy customer, thanks so much

I love that you specialize in wide shoes. Unfortunately the widths are not consistent. Some shoes are extremely narrow, and the leather is too stiff to stretch. Would like to see styles for older women, not just platforms and chunky heels. I keep maybe a third of what I order.

Best shoes I’ve ever owned. Finally a shoe for my wide foot. Honestly I cannot believe that this is what smaller sized people feel all the time. I can’t wait to buy my fall boots and shoes.

Shoes are great - fit well and are cute. Definitely order down to the lower full size if you wear 1/2 sizes

Finally a shoe brand that offers styles for me! I love these shoes, they really understand what a wide foot needs for comfort, but they are also stylish. These shoes are super comfortable and they feel good on. The quality is great. Ordering was easy, received them quickly. I definitely recommend. The Donna Platform is super cute!

Its great to be able to have mid fitting, stylist shoes/sandals. I got mine to go on a cruise and wear with my dresses. The reason for a 4 and not a 5 is I could have done sized from a 6 to the 5 or ideally 5.5 if they did half sizes. Overall would highly recommend.

The company blocked one of my emails as I attempted to follow up an exchange on my previous order. I'm afraid that this company is fraudulent

Edit: they have now contacted me back, saying that there has been issues with some of their customers' emails and processed my return. The new size fits.

Love them so much. I’ve had them about a month and I can wear them all day at work ~10k steps. They never pinch or constrict my feet. Typically I wear a 12w but I got and 11 from Wydr and might get a 10 next time. 10/10 shoe.

I am used to being frustrated when buying shoes, as I have lots of problems with my feet. Wydr has the cutest styles that really do fit wide feet or feet with bunions/toe issues. I have boots, dress shoes, and Mary Janes, and they're all terrific. I'll buy again!

I love both pairs of shoes I purchased! They are extremely comfortable to the point that I have worn them for weeks now and still think “Omg, these are really comfortable!”

I have never really been a shoe person, so actually getting shoes that cost a bit more has been an excellent experience vs the more disposable pairs I have been wearing. Not having my toes get squeezed, feel like my foot was too fat, or have any slippage has been amazing. I was at an event at the lake this weekend, (not in the water but definitely walking on rocks and through grass) and these babies were comfy but stable. I never worried about a twisted ankle or my shoe slipping off. Will definitely purchase more pairs!

The shoe options are super cute! The shoes (I've only bought sandals so far) are really comfortable and true wide width where they need to be. I enjoy the velcro on the one sandal I bought as it is chic and easily adjustable.

I’ve always struggled to find the right shoes due to flat feet and pain. But the shoes are so comfortable and I was not aching at all by the end of the day. Highly recommend. Getting ready to purchase another pair.

I have wide feet and painful bunions, which has made finding shoes a definite struggle. I had basically given up on hope on finding anything cute. I have now purchased 6 pairs of Wydr shoes and each one is cute and comfortable! Full disclosure - a few of them make a noticeable squeaking sound when I walk but I can honestly live with that. I am so amazed by the comfort and cuteness that I won’t even remove a star for the squeakiness.

These patent red bow wedges are too cute! The back slips off a bit but they feel comfortable and I got to show off my pretty toes!

1. I love the sandals with the bow! Soft, comfy. I should have ordered a size down, but I can make these work. Excellent, soft leather. 2. I ordered the ballet flat, but the leather was stiff and I could not tolerate them. I am in the process of (what seems to be) an easy return. Fast response and a personalized message. To be fair, this style shoe seldom works for me, but I had hopes. 3. I believe in this company, and I will continue to shop with them. 💜🌿💜🌿💜

I ordered two pairs of shoes and only ended up keeping one pair. I LOVE the pair I kept, I usually struggle with white flat sneakers because others have lacked support, but these never hurt my feet or my back. The customer service was great for my return of the other pair. Highly recommend this company.

I love their shoes and they have great customer service. I wasn’t sure what size to get so I emailed them and they helped me pick the right size. Great quality shoes.

The return process has been abysmal. I’m still waiting on my refund and one of the items has been returned for weeks. There was a mistake on my end where I mixed up the return labels for the shoes I was returning and they were kind about it. The item still made it back to their warehouse and I never heard anything about it for weeks. That is the only reason for the second star. There is no reason this business should be so uncommunicative and difficult to contact. They never follow up with you unless you say something to them first. Every answer is “our team will get back to you” or “our team is checking that out” and weeks will go by without you hearing a word. So frustrating. I just want my refund.

This is not a legitimate company. I was charged an international transaction fee for converting currency into Chinese currency, even though there was absolutely no indication on the website that this would occur. The shoes arrived on time, but they are low quality (basically large plastic doll shoes). When I emailed the company to initiate a return, the company took several days to respond, then asked me to send pictures of my feet in the shoes. I refused to do so, and they did send me a return label. I immediately sent the shoes back using the return label, and I asked the company to update me about the refund. I never heard from them, and I did not receive a refund after two weeks. I have complained to the company about not receiving a refund and have yet to hear back. Do NOT purchase anything from Wydr. I will continue to demand a refund of both the shoe cost and the transaction fee. If I don't receive both, I will contest the charge with the credit card company.

I have loved pretty much every shoe I have purchased from Wydr. I have lymphedema in my right foot that had become so swollen, I couldn't even wear shoes from Torrid, which is notorious for shoes that run very big. I had low expectations when I first ordered, but now I am a repeat customer! Every pair I have gotten from Wydr has been well made, stylish, and are a dream to wear. The reason I took away one star is for some of the shopping experience aspects. Many of my purchases have shipped directly from China, taking close to 4 weeks to arrive. This isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, but just a word to the wise to order well in advance if shopping for an occasion. I also wish the return process was smoother. The one time I wanted to return a pair, I had to email customer service. The associate who responded kept trying to troubleshoot, asking for pictures. It ended up being kind of a hassle, so I just kept the shoes, which is probably the company's aim. It just means that I am more careful when I go to make a purchase.
